Today, I am back with a very unique, powerful and healthy drink which is very best for the athletes and gym lovers. And even especially for those people who have very weak bones and feel pain all the day long. This drink is perfect for those old people who have pain in their joints. I made a protein shake which is very easy to make at home. So let me share the recipe with all of you.
At first, I took 150 grams black chickpeas.
After taking them, I removed their cover and separated the chickpeas.
Then I put them in the grinding machine and converted them into powder form.
After getting the chickpeas in powder form, I took two tablespoon of Jaggery powder. You can use Jaggary balls too.
After that, I took two bananas and peeled them.
Then, I took 5 dates and removed their seeds.
I am left with the milk, So I took 200ml chilled milk.
INGREDIENTS:
• 150g chickpeas (powder)
• 2tbsp jaggery powder
• 2 banana
• 5 dates
• 200ml chilled milk
I put all the ingredients in the jug and closed it with its lid and turned ON the machine.
The machine took some time to mix as there was powder inside. After a couple of minutes, the juice got ready. I was very excited to try it. I poured it in the glass and and tried it.
It was so healthy and powerful. I really liked its taste.
I served it to my mother and father too. They also liked it and appreciated me for this drink. If you are having pain or you wanna try some healthy drink, so do make it at home. You will observe its results within 15 days.
