Today I greet you with much affection, friends of Amazing Drinks; a community where we find a diversity of delicious and nutritious drinks; for this reason I offer you a tree tomato juice, also known as tomato de palo.

To begin with, I confess that this is the first time I prepare this tree tomato juice; I always thought it was unpleasant. This fruit is very healthy and rich in vitamin C; so together with the parchita juice, the consumption was high in vitamin C, which is beneficial and an excellent alternative that favours the immune system. My late mother used to say that it boosts the immune system, that it increases haemoglobin, but I never, or at least I don't remember her ever giving us that juice.

When I bought the fruit, a lady said that it was not bitter and that she parboiled the tomato. After some recommendations, I decided to take some parchitas to mix in, in case I didn't like it very much. This fruit is characterised by a slightly tougher skin than the common tomato, and the seeds are black. It has certain health-promoting properties and provides us with important vitamins and minerals that contribute to our body's wellbeing.

I made this preparation with 12 pieces of tomato and 2 large parchitas. Both fruits were juicy. It yielded a litre of delicious juice. The tea has a slightly citrusy taste; however, the juice has a slightly bitter taste, which I disguised with the taste of the parchita.

Procedure

1- Wash and parboil the tomatoes. Omitting the step of boiling the tomatoes is also acceptable.

2- In this step we reserve the water, but we take the opportunity to drink a delicious tomato tea.

3- Blend with peel and seeds. Strain the tomato juice. Set aside.

4- Then, blend and strain the parchita juice.

5- Combine the two juices, mix and sweeten.

I am going to repeat this preparation because it pleased my palate, although, of course, next time I will enjoy it on my own because I will leave the recipe for you to prepare it at home and taste it personally. I wish you the best of success in a new day. Thank you for your attention.

Vamos a disfrutar de un exquisito y refrescante jugo de tomate de árbol y parchita

Hoy les saludo con mucho cariño amigos de Amazing Drinks; comunidad donde encontramos una diversidad de deliciosas y nutritivas bebidas; por tal motivo les ofrezco un jugo de tomate de árbol, llamado, también, tomate de palo.
Para comenzar, les confieso que es primera vez que preparo este jugo de tomate de árbol; siempre pensé que era desagradable. Este fruto es muy saludable y rico en vitamina C; así que unido al jugo de parchita, el consumo fue de alto contenido de la mencionada vitamina, lo cual es beneficioso y una excelente alternativa que favorece al sistema inmunológico. Mi difunta madre decía que sube las defensas, que aumenta la hemoglobina, pero nunca o al menos no recuerdo que nos haya dado a tomar ese jugo.
Al momento de comprar la fruta, una señora afirmó que no era amargo y que ella sancochaba el tomate. Luego de algunas recomendaciones, decidí llevar unas parchitas para mezclar, por aquello de que no me gustara mucho. Este fruto se caracteriza por tener la piel un poco dura, más que el tomate común, y las semillas son negras. Posee determinadas propiedades que favorecen nuestra salud y nos aporta vitaminas y minerales importantes que contribuyen al bienestar de nuestro cuerpo.
Este preparado lo realicé con 12 piezas de tomate y 2 parchitas grandes. Ambas frutas estaban jugosas. Sirvió para rendir un litro de jugo delicioso. El té tiene un sabor un poco cítrico; sin embargo, el jugo tiene un leve sabor amargo, que disfracé con el sabor de la parchita.
Procedimiento
1- Lavar y sancochar los tomates. Omitir el paso de hervir los tomates es aceptable también.
2- En este paso reservamos el agua, pero aprovechamos para tomarnos un rico té de tomate.
3- Licuar con cáscara y semillas. Colar el jugo de tomate. Reservar.
4- Luego licuar y colar el jugo de parchita.
5- Unir los dos jugos, mezclar y endulzar.
Voy a repetir esta preparación porque agradó mi paladar, aunque, claro, la próxima vez los disfruto sola porque a ustedes les dejo la receta para que lo preparen en casa y lo degusten personalmente. Les deseo el mejor de los éxitos en un nuevo día. Agradecida por su atención.
