Greetings dear Amazing Drink community, I hope you are feeling well, I am very happy to be back among you!
It's Sunday and sometimes you want to drink something different from every day and also you usually get out of the daily routine of food and give yourself a little treat, that was my case today.
So I started to check in my cupboard and I found all the necessary ingredients to make a very tasty drink that I had not had for a long time, it is a Coconut based drink, I took a piece of Coconut that I had saved from the day before and I kept it with all its water, to see what I could think of to do with it.
I had thought of making a Coconut drink only with Cocoa, but it turns out that my husband had a pot of Condensed Milk saved and I could not resist and I asked him for it to put in this Meringue, he only gave me half of his Condensed Milk but for the amount I was going to make it was enough.
Well I took advantage of all these ingredients to indulge myself.
Please come with me to prepare it!
Ingredients:
- Half of a small Coconut cut in small pieces or grated.
- Coconut Water (I used approximately 1/2 cup).
- Condensed Milk to taste (I used approximately half of a 395 grams pot).
- 1 Cup of cold Water.
- 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa.
- 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder.
- 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar (optional).
Preparation:
We start by placing the Coconut in the blender.
Then add the Coconut Water and the cup of cold Water.
Add the Cocoa, the Brown Sugar and the Cinnamon Powder.
Then the Condensed Milk.
And blend everything very well.
Serve in a cup, glass, jar, wherever it provokes you and we are going to put condensed milk before serving, you can see it in the photo.
And serve! ummmm delicious.
Note: This drink will be a little thick because of the Coconut since it was not strained but this drink is delicious this way, the ideal is to have a straw and a spoon to taste our delicious Merengada.

Saludos querida comunidad de Amazing Drink, espero y se encuentren muy bien, yo muy feliz de estar nuevamente entre ustedes!
Es día Domingo y a veces uno quiere tomar algo diferente a todos los días y también uno suele salirse un poco de la rutina diaria de alimentación y darse un pequeño gusto, ese fue mi caso el día de hoy.
Así que me puse a revisar en mi alacena y me encontré con todos los ingredientes necesarios para hacer una bebida muy rica pero que tenía mucho tiempo sin tomar, es una bebida a base de Coco, tome un pedazo de Coco que había guardado del día anterior y lo guardé con todo y su Agua, para ver que se me ocurría hacer con el.
Había pensado en hacer una bebida de Coco solo con Cacao, pero resulta que mi esposo tenía un pote de Leche Condensada guardada y no me pude resistir y se la pedí para ponerle a esta Merengada, el solo me regalo la mitad de su Leche Condensada, pero para la cantidad que iba a hacer era suficiente.
Bueno aproveché todos estos ingredientes para darme mí gusto.
Por favor acompáñenme a prepararlo!
Ingredientes:
- La mitad de un Coco pequeño cortado en pedacitos o rallado.
- Agua de Coco (yo use aproximadamente 1/2 taza).
- Leche Condensada al gusto ( usé aproximadamente la mitad de un pote de 395 gramos).
- 1 Taza de Agua bien fría.
- 1 Cucharada de Cacao.
- 1 Cucharadita de Canela en polvo.
- 1 Cucharada de Azúcar Morena (opcional).
Preparación:
Empezamos colocando el Coco en la licuadora.
Seguidamente el Agua de Coco y la taza de Agua fría.
Agregamos el Cacao, el Azúcar Morena y la Canela en Polvo.
Seguidamente la Leche Condensada.
Y a licuar todo muy bien.
Servimos en una copa, vaso, frasco, donde le provoque y le vamos a poner Leche Condensada antes de servirlo, lo podemos ver en la foto.
Y servimos! ummmm delicia.
Nota: Esta bebida quedará algo gruesa por el Coco ya que no se coló pero esta bebida es deliciosa así, lo ideal es tener un pitillo y una cuchara para degustar nuestra rica Merengada.
