Tiger nuts and star fruit juice 🥤 making
To make my juices l bought my tiger nuts and also my star fruit in the market for 1 dollar 💵.
Steps:
- I separated the both in a bowl 🥣 and wash it properly to avoid dirt.
- Next l bought my hand machine and washed it also and kept it ready.
- I slice my star fruit into smaller pieces to make it more easily when grounding.
- After that l put my sliced star fruit 🍑 and tiger nuts into the hand machine and start to grind it.
*It can take up to 30 minutes or so to grind after that you put the mixture into a sieve so as to separate the chaff and the juice 🥤.
*You can now put the juice into a glass cup or can also decide to put it inside a fridge to chill.
