Hola amigos de Hive, ya que estaba de visita en colombia no pude interactuar lo suficiente en el blog últimamente, pero hoy quiero mostrarles un delicioso ponche crema que hice en casa de mi hermana para la celebración de estas navidades, como lo hacemos por tradición los venezolanos. Aunque esta receta es visto como una bebida navideña, yo creo que es espectacular para compartir con tus visitas.
Hello Hive friends, since I was visiting Colombia I couldn't interact enough on the blog lately, but today I want to show you a delicious cream punch that I made at my sister's house for this Christmas celebration, as we traditionally do. Venezuelans. Although this recipe is seen as a Christmas drink, I think it is spectacular to share with your visitors.
Ingredientes:
2 Pudin de Vainilla (170gr).
1 litro de leche líquida.
Ron (al gusto).
600 gr de leche condensada.
Ingredients:
2 Vanilla Pudding (170gr).
1 liter of liquid milk.
Rum (to taste).
600 gr of condensed milk.
Comenzamos colocando la leche líquida a calentar, deben estar al pendiente para que agreguen el pudín de vainilla en polvo en el momento justo de empezar a burbujear la leche, para conseguir una mejor reacción del polvo con la leche. Recordar que no debemos dejar de mezclar con nuestro batidor para que no se queme la mezcla, ya que empieza a obtener una consistencia más espesa.

Remember that we must not stop mixing with our whisk so that the mixture does not burn, as it begins to obtain a thicker consistency.
Este procedimiento debe tener mucha paciencia, porque no se debe dejar de batir mientras se cocina, debemos batir hasta que la mezcla empiece a hervir con fuego medio. Debemos retirar, dejar reposar afuera y luego llevarlo al refrigerador por 2 horas mínimo o por lo menos hasta que tenga la textura de un pudin.
This procedure requires a lot of patience, because you should not stop beating while it is cooking, we must beat until the mixture begins to boil over medium heat. We must remove it, let it rest outside and then put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or at least until it has the texture of a pudding.
Aquí es donde nos divertimos con la preparación final del delicioso ponche crema, debemos elegir un buen ron, yo decidí por uno pequeño, bonito y de precio considerable. En Colombia son amantes del famoso ron “Medellín”, siendo este uno de los mejores en calidad del país.

Aquí agregaremos todo el pudin en la licuadora, agregando la leche condensada y el ron, por mi parte utilicé alrededor de 250 ml de Ron Medellín.
Fue una experiencia agradable preparar este Ponche Crema, ya que estando en Colombia, pude compartirlo con muchas personas que conocí, todos aseguraron que fue un deleite muy exquisito. Esta bebida debe ser servida con moderación, porque su rico sabor dulce hace que el alcohol actúe rápido, por un lado, a todos los que les di a probar esta bebida aseguraron terminar con una rápida sensación de embriaguez, siendo un total éxito en el paladar Colombiano.
