Today I want to share with you a delicious and nutritious drink full of flavor. It is a chicha de fororo with banana and ginger. This drink is based on roasted corn.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una deliciosa y nutriente bebida llena de sabor. Se trata de una chicha de fororo con banana y jengibre. Esta bebida es a base de maíz tostado.

INGREDIENTS//INGREDIENTES:
For the chicha:
-7 tablespoons of cinnamon flavored fororo.
-2 glasses of filtered water to make the milk.
-3 glasses of filtered water to make the fororo.
-6 tablespoons of sugar.
-Ice to taste.
-3 bananas.
-1/2 teaspoon ginger powder.
-3 tablespoons of powdered milk.
-2 tablespoons of grated coconut.
To sprinkle on the chicha:
- cinnamon powder to taste.
For this recipe we got 7 glasses!
Para la chicha:
-7 cucharadas de fororo sabor a canela.
-2 vasos de agua filtrada para hacer la leche.
-3 vasos de agua filtrada para hacer el fororo.
-6 cucharadas de azúcar.
-Hielo al gusto.
-3 bananas.
-1/2 cucharadita de Jengibre en polvo.
-3 cucharadas de leche en polvo.
-2 cucharadas de coco rallado.
Para rociar a la chicha:
- canela en polvo al gusto.

Ahora vamos a colocar en la hornilla la olla con los tres vasos de agua dejamos calentar un poco y agregamos las cucharadas de fororo, removemos enérgicamente hasta que se integren bien, seguidamente agregamos las cucharadas de azúcar, cuando empiece a burbujear le agregamos la leche líquida y removemos nuevamente y dejamos cocinar por espacio de 5 minutos aproximadamente, luego apagamos el fuego y dejamos refrescar.

Pasado el tiempo y haya enfriado el fororo, trasladamos la mitad del fororo al vaso de la licuadora, llenamos por la mitad y enseguida quitamos la piel a los bananos y cortamos en trozos pequeños, adicionamos al vaso de la licuadora junto al fororo.

Now beat the fororo with the bananas on high, turn on the blender and let them blend very well.
Ahora batimos el fororo con los bananos a nivel alto, prendemos la licuadora y dejamos que se mezclen muy bien.
Then add the powdered ginger.
Después agregamos el jengibre en polvo.

Ahora agregamos el coco rallado.

Ahora agregamos los cubos de hielo con los demás ingredientes y batimos a nivel alto, hasta que se mezclen todos estos ingredientes.
