Today I want to share with you a mango, carrot and ginger juice, a combination that gives us many nutritional benefits.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un jugo de mango, zanahoria y jengibre, una combinación que nos da muchos beneficios nutricionales.
Al primer sorbo, el sabor del mango resalta de inmediato, aportando su dulzura natural y una textura suave. Este sabor tropical se complementa perfectamente con la zanahoria, que añade un ligero dulzor adicional. La combinación se vuelve aún más interesante con el jengibre, que aporta un picante sutil y refrescante. La textura del jugo es agradable, con una consistencia líquida. INGREDIENTS||INGREDIENTES:

-5 ripe mangoes.
-1 green mango.
-3 glasses of filtered water.
-Honey to sweeten to taste.
-1 piece of ginger.

Garnish with a slice of carrot.

For this juice we obtained 4 glasses.

-4 mangos maduros.
-1 mango verde.
-3 vasos de agua filtrada.
-Miel para endulzar al gusto.
-1 trozo de jengibre.

Decoramos con una rodaja de zanahoria.

Para este jugo obtuvimos 4 vasos.

PREPARATION||PREPARACIÓN:

We begin by removing the skin from the mangoes and cutting them into small pieces to make it easier to blend.

Comenzamos quitando la piel a los mangos y cortando en trozos pequeños para facilitar su licuado.

Next place the mango chunks in the blender cup, and add the water. Three glasses first, we blend at high level.

Enseguida colocamos los trozos de mangos en el vaso de la licuadora, y agregamos el agua. Tres vasos primero, licuamos a nivel alto.

Now we strain the mango juice until it is free of lumps.

Ahora colamos el jugo de mango hasta dejarlo sin grumos.

We transfer again a portion of juice to the blender cup, and take the carrot. We wash it very well and cut it into slices with skin. We take it to the glass of the blender, shake it until we notice that it is well mixed.

Trasladamos nuevamente una porción de jugo al vaso de la licuadora, y tomamos la zanahoria. La lavamos muy bien y cortamos en rodajas con piel. La llevamos al vaso de la licuadora, agitamos hasta notar que se mezcló bien.

Then, we strain the juice again.

Seguidamente colamos nuevamente el jugo.

Now we take a piece of ginger to taste, and remove the skin. We take it back to the blender with a glass of juice, the other juice we reserve.

Ahora tomamos un trozo de jengibre a gusto, y le quitamos la piel. La llevamos nuevamente al vaso de la licuadora con un vaso de jugo, el otro jugo lo reservamos.
