Today I would like to share with you a refreshing juice made of milky (papaya), orange and lemon. This delicious juice is packed with nutritional benefits. The combination of the mild sweetness of the milky with the citrus flavor of the orange and the tangy touch of the lemon gave it a nice flavor. The milky provided a creamy texture that made this juice very pleasant to drink. If you want to omit the sugar, you can do so, as the natural combination of fruits is more than enough. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un jugo refrescante de lechosa (papaya), naranja y limón. Este delicioso jugo está repleto de beneficios nutricionales. La combinación de la dulzura suave de la lechosa con el sabor cítrico de la naranja y el toque ácido del limón le dio un buen sabor. La lechosa aportó una textura cremosa que hizo que este jugo sea muy agradable al beberlo. La acidez de la naranja y el limón se equilibró perfectamente con la dulzura de la fruta tropical, creando una mezcla refrescante, lo que lo convierte en una opción ideal para comenzar el día con energía.
Una de las mejores cosas de esta bebida es lo fácil que es prepararla. En solo unos minutos, se tiene un jugo fresco y saludable. Si desea omitir el azúcar, puedes hacerlo, ya que la combinación natural de las frutas es más que suficiente.
Este jugo lo puedes experimentar añadiendo otros ingredientes como menta para darle un toque extra. Yo le agregué un toque de jengibre en polvo y así le dio un toque picoso. Espero que le guste tanto como a nosotros.
INGREDIENTS||INGREDIENTES:
-555 grams of milk or papaya.

-3 oranges.
-1 lemon.
-1/2 tablespoon ginger.

For this juice we obtained 5 glasses.

Decoramos con rodajas de lechosa o papaya.
Para este jugo obtuvimos 5 vasos.

Comenzamos quitando la semilla y la piel de la lechosa o papaya, luego lavamos muy bien con agua templada, cortamos en trozos pequeños. Seguidamente, trasladamos al extractor de jugo, hasta obtener su jugo.

Luego de obtener el jugo de lechosa o papaya, voy a exprimir las naranjas con la ayuda de un exprimidor manual. Reservamos.

Listo ya todos los líquidos de los jugos y el agua.

Ahora voy a integrar todos los ingredientes líquidos, empezamos agregando en un envase la lechosa o papaya.
Now add the orange juice.
Ahora integramos el jugo de naranja.
Next, add the lemon juice and water to the other ingredients and beat with a hand mixer until all the ingredients are blended.
Seguidamente, integramos a los otros ingredientes el jugo de limón y el agua y batimos con un batidor manual hasta lograr mezclar todos estos ingredientes.

Ahora agregamos la media cucharada de jengibre en polvo.

Seguidamente, agregamos las cucharadas de azúcar, probamos para no dejarlo tan dulce, removemos con un batidor manual hasta obtener un jugo combinado y totalmente homogéneo.
Finally, add ice cubes to taste to the glasses.
Y para finalizar agregamos a los vasos los cubos de hielo al gusto.
