El jugo de lulo es una bebida con un sabor único y refrescante que ofrece una experiencia gustativa que combina lo ácido y lo dulce, lo que la convierte en una opción perfecta para los días calurosos. Tiene un sabor característico con un toque cítrico que lo hace extremadamente refrescante. ---- INGREDIENTS||INGREDIENTES:

-4 units of lulo.
-5 tablespoons sugar
-3 glasses of filtered water.
-Ice to taste.

For this recipe we obtained 4 glasses of juice.

---- Preparation||Preparaciòn:

We begin the preparation of the juice, we wash the lulos very well, we chop them in two each, and then with the help of a metal spoon we remove the pulp from the fruit.

Comenzamos la preparación del jugo, lavamos muy bien los lulos, los picamos en dos cada uno, y luego con la ayuda de una cuchara de metal sacamos la pulpa de la fruta.

Now we transfer this pulp to the blender beaker.

Ahora trasladamos esta pulpa al vaso de la licuadora.

Add the filtered water.

Agregamos el agua filtrada.

Now we sweeten the juice and shake the blender on high until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Ahora endulzamos el jugo y agitamos la licuadora a nivel alto hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.

Strain the juice through a metal strainer.

Colamos el jugo con la ayuda de un colador de metal.

Add to the glasses with the ice cubes and serve.

Agregamos en los vasos con los cubos de hielo y servimos.
