Si buscas una bebida refrescante y nutritiva, el jugo de naranja, piña, zanahoria y pepino es la opción perfecta. ---- INGREDIENTS||INGREDIENTES:

-3 pineapples.
-2 oranges.
-7 spoonfuls of sugar.
-1 cucumber.
-1 carrot.
-4 glasses of filtered water.
-Ice to taste.

-3 piñas.
-2 naranjas.
-7 cucharadas de azúcar.
-1 pepino.
-1 zanahoria.
-4 vasos de agua filtrada.
-Hielo

For this recipe we obtained 5 glasses of juice.

-Para esta receta obtuvimos 5 vasos de jugo.

---- Preparation||Preparaciòn:

We start by washing and removing the skin of the carrot, then we cut it into small pieces. Next, we transfer to the blender beaker, add 2 glasses of water and blend on high.

Comenzamos lavando y quitando la piel de la zanahoria, luego cortamos en trozos pequeños. Seguidamente, trasladamos al vaso de la licuadora, agregamos 2 vasos de agua y batimos a nivel alto.

Now we wash and remove the skin from the cucumber, cut it and take it to the blender and blend it together with the carrot.

Ahora lavamos y quitamos la piel al pepino, cortamos y llevamos al vaso de la licuadora y batimos junto a la zanahoria.

We strain these two ingredients.

Colamos estos dos ingredientes.

Now we transfer a portion of the juice liquid back to the blender cup and we are going to chop and remove the peel from the oranges to add it to the other ingredients, the carrot and the cucumber. Shake the blender.

Ahora trasladamos una porción de líquido de jugo nuevamente al vaso de la licuadora y vamos a picar y quitar la concha a las naranjas para adicionarla a los otros ingredientes, la zanahoria y el pepino. Agitamos la licuadora.

Now we chop the pineapples into small pieces and add them to the blender and blend them together with all the ingredients.

Ahora picamos en trozos pequeños las piñas y las agregamos al vaso de la licuadora, batimos junto a todos los ingredientes.

Then, we strain again to remove lumps and impurities.

Seguidamente colamos de nuevo para quitar grumos e impurezas.

Now we sweeten our refreshing juice.

Ahora endulzamos nuestro refrescante jugo.

We add and serve enough ice in the glasses for better refreshment.

Agregamos y servimos suficiente hielo en los vasos para refrescarnos mejor.
