Hello to all my friends from @amazingdrinks. It is a pleasure to greet you on this day and wish you good health and success in all your projects. Today I share with you a healthy nutritious drink with lots of flavor. It is a green juice adding among others a fantastic ingredient such as kiwi.
This drink fills me with satisfaction because it was prepared for my family. I tell you that my daughter and son-in-law love to eat in a healthy way including vegetables and fruits in general. They loved this preparation for its exquisite flavor and all the nutrients resulting from the combination of the wonderful ingredients.

The preparation of this green juice yielded 6 glasses. Here is my step by step.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kiwi
- 1 cucumber
- 2 limes
- 150 grams of spinach
- 1 broccoli bunch or flower
- 2 cm of ginger
- Stem of celey or 150 grams
- 1 liter of water
PREPARATION
For this nutritious, healthy and delicious green juice I washed the vegetables, cut them and placed them in a plate. Then, I took the blender cup and added my ingredients one by one. I started with the broccoli, followed by the peeled kiwi, cucumber, celery, ginger and spinach.

Then I cut the limes and squeezed them in the blender. Finally I added the water and processed all my ingredients until a homogeneous mixture was obtained. Once ready, I poured the contents into a pitcher and served in a glass with ice. I put a metal straw in it and enjoyed this great green juice.

Hola a todos mis amigos de @amazingdrinks. Es un placer saludarlos en este dia y desearles mucha salud y éxitos en todos su proyectos. Hoy les comparto una bebida nutritiva saludable y con mucho sabor. Se trata de un jugo verde agregando entre otros un fantástico ingrediente como lo es el kiwi.
Esta bebida me llena de satisfacción ya que fué preparada para mi familia. Les cuento que mi hija y yerno les encanta alimentarse de manera saludable incluyendo verduras frutas y vegetales en general. Esta preparación les encantó por su exquisito sabor y todos el aporte de nutrientes resultantes de la combinación de los maravillosos ingredientes.
La preparación de este jugo verde rindió para 6 vasos. A continuación mi paso a paso.
INGREDIENTES
• 1 kiwi
• 1 pepino
• 2 Limas
• 150 gramos de espinacas
• 1 racimo o flor de brocoli
• 2 cm de jenjibre
• Tallo de celey o 150 gramos
• 1 litro de agua
PREPARACIÓN
Para este nutritivo , saludable y delicioso jugo verde lavé los vegetales, corté y los coloqué en un plato. Posteriormente, tomé el vaso de la licuadora y fuí agregando uno a uno mis ingredientes. Comencé con el brócoli, seguido del kiwi previamente pelado, pepino, celery, jenjibre y las espinacas.
Después corté las limas y exprimí en la licuadora. Agregué por último el agua y procesé todos mis ingredientes hasta lograr una mezcla homogénea. Una vez listo vertí, el contenido en una jarra y serví en un vaso con hielo. Le coloqué un pitillo de metal y disfruté de este grandioso jugo verde.
La verdad que me encantó, el sabor de kiwi, lima y jenjibre predominaron, tanto el celery, pepino y las espinacas dieron color y consistencia. La combinación de todos éstos ingredientes, hicieron de este jugo verde una gran bebida saludable y nutritiva con un delicioso sabor.
