Yesterday my son went to the supermarket and asked me what I wanted him to bring me hahaha. I liked that and I told him some fruit to prepare green juice. I loved that my son had that gesture and surprised me with a green apple hahaha. So I decided to prepare this delicious and nutritious green juice with only four ingredients. Green apple, cucumber, celery and ginger. Ingredients with fantastic properties and nutrients that contribute to keep us healthy.

The amounts of the ingredients yielded for 2 glasses. Here is my step by step.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 green apple
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 piece of ginger (1 centimeter)
- 150 grams of celery.
- 400 ml of water.
PREPARATION
The first thing was to wash all my ingredients. I started by chopping and adding to the blender the sprigs and stem of the celery. The next ingredient: the cucumber. Which I cut into pieces and added to the blender. Then the ginger, which I peeled and added to the blender. Likewise the green apple, which I cut into four, removed the seeds and added to the blender with the whole shell. Finally, the water to process for two minutes.

Once the contents were well homogenized, I poured it into a glass glass which I garnished with a sprig of celery or celery Spain. This green juice was delicious and with a thick consistency. My son Gabriel loved it, who always accompanies me and enjoys my fantastic nutritious drinks. I hope you can also try this delicious green juice.

Hola a todos mis amigos de @amazingdrinks. Es un gusto saludarlos y desearles un felíz martes. Hoy les comparto un jugo verde muy especial, nutritivo y saludable. Preparado con tan sólo cuatro ingredientes.
El día de ayer mi hijo fue al supermercado y me preguntó que quería que me trajera jajaja. Eso me gustó y le dije que alguna fruta para preparar jugo verde. Me encantó que mi hijo tuviera ese gesto y me sorprendió con una manzana verde jajaja. Por lo que decidí preparar este delicioso y nutritivo jugo verde con tan sólo cuatro ingredientes. La manzana verde, pepino, celery y jenjibre. Ingredientes con fantásticas propiedades y nutrientes que contribuyen a mantenernos saludable.
Las cantidades de los ingredientes rindieron para 2 vasos. A continuación mi paso a paso.
INGREDIENTES
• 1 Manzana verde
• 1 pepino pequeño
• 1 trozo de jenjibre (1 centímetro)
• 150 gramos de apio españa.
• 400 ml de agua.
PREPARACIÓN
Lo primero fué lavar todos mis ingredientes. Comencé cortando y agregando a la licuadora las ramitas y tallo del celery. El siguiente ingrediente: el pepino. El cual corté en trozos y agregué a la licuadora. Posteriormente el jenjibre, éste lo pelé y agregué a la licuadora. Asímismo la manzana verde, la cual corté en cuatro, retiré las semillas y agregué a la licuadora con toda la concha. Por último, el agua para llevar a procesar por dos minutos.
Una vez que el contenido estuvo bien homogéneo, lo vertí a un vaso de vidrio el cual adorné con una ramita de celery o apio España. Este jugo verde quedó delicioso y con una consistencia espesa. A mi hijo Gabriel le encantó, quién siempre me acompaña y disfruta de mis fantásticas bebidas nutritivas. Espero ustedes también puedan probar este delicioso jugo verde.
