For the first time I apply this preparation technique and the result was magnificent in terms of flavor, consistency and color.
The two main ingredients I used were peach and lemon. These fruits are characterized for containing and providing vitamin C . Especially the peach is a source of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. I hope you like this drink, which is really delicious and nutritious. It is also very yielding. When I prepared it, I really wanted to consume it more. The quantities I used yielded three glasses. Here is my step by step.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 large peaches
- 1 medium lemon.
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 500 ml of water.
PREPARATION
I took the fruits and washed them very well with enough water. Then I put the water in a pot and added the peaches. I put it on the fire and when it boiled I let it cook for ten more minutes. I let it rest until it cooled down to room temperature. After that time I took the peaches, cut all the pulp removing the seed and added to the blender glass. Then I added the water contained in the pot to the blender with the sugar. I processed for three minutes until my drink was homogeneous.
On the other hand, I squeezed the lemon in a pitcher and poured my drink. I mixed all my ingredients. I prepared a glass with ice and poured my drink. I garnished with lemon slices and a sprig of mint. I sat down to enjoy this amazing antioxidant drink with an excellent thick consistency and a very delicious taste. The peach brought out its delicious flavor with the lemon. I assure you that you will love making it as much as I did.

Hola a todos mis amigos de @amazingdrinks. Hoy les comparto una bebida antioxidante y super deliciosa. En esta oportunidad les cuento que preparé de forma diferente mi bebida. Por primera vez que aplico esta técnica de preparación y el resultado magnífico en cuanto al sabor, consistencia y color.
Los dos ingredientes principales que utilicé fueron el durazno y limón. Estas frutas son caracterizadas por contener y aportar vitamina C . Especialmente el durazno, es fuente de vitaminas, minerales y nutrientes. Rico en fibra que junto con todos los componentes mencionados, hacen de esta fruta un poderoso alimento con beneficios y propiedades antioxiodantes.
Espero amigos sea de su agrado esta bebida que realmente es muy deliciosa y nutritiva. Además muy rendidora. Cuando la preparé quedé con muchas ganas de consumirla más. Las cantidades que utilicé rindió para tres vasos. A continuación mi paso a paso.
INGREDIENTES
• 3 Duraznos grandes
• 1 Limón mediano.
• 2 cucharadas de azúcar
• 500 ml de agua.
PREPARACIÓN
Tomé las frutas y lavé muy bien con suficiente agua. Luego coloqué el agua en una olla y agregué los duraznos. Llevé al fuego y al hervir dejé por diez minutos más de cocción. Dejé reposar hasta enfriar a temperatura ambiente. Transcurrido el tiempo tomé los duraznos, corté toda la pulpa retirando la semilla y agregué al vaso de la licuadora. Posteriormente agregué el agua contenida en la olla a la licuadora con el azúcar. Llevé a procesar por tres minutos hasta que mi bebida quedara homogénea.
Po otro lado exprimí el limón en una jarra y vertí mi bebida. Mezclé todos mis ingredientes. Preparé un vaso con hielo y serví mi bebida. Decoré con rodajas de limón y una ramita de Hierbabuena. Me senté a disfrutar de esta increíble y antioxidante bebida con una excelente consistencia espesa de un sabor muy delicioso. El durazno resaltó su delicioso sabor con el limón. Les aseguro que les encantará prepararla como a mi.
