Today I am at home, a little more relaxed, because after returning yesterday, my neighbor gave me the good news that the gas truck came to refill the gas cylinder that supplies three buildings in my urbanization.
It took me three days to figure out my preparations and food. That is why today I wanted to prepare a very special and powerful tea for its multiple benefits. It consists of three fantastic ingredients: rosemary, lemon and honey. Among its properties are: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and diuretic.
According to the reading and research I did, I was struck by the various properties and benefits of rosemary. Among them are that of helping to combat acidity, excess gas and abdominal distension. It also promotes circulation, promotes the elimination of toxins from the body and improves mental fatigue, stress and memory.
There are other benefits of this amazing tea. The combination with lemon and honey makes it an excellent choice to start and enjoy this Sunday. - 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 lemon
- Honey to taste

PREPARATION
I put the liter of water in a pot and put it to boil. Then, I took 2 sprigs of rosemary and separated them from the rest. I placed them in a container of water to remove residues. Then, I separated the leaves from the stem and set them aside. Next, I washed the lemon and carefully removed the green peel, avoiding removing the white part, and set it aside.

Once the water was boiling, I added the fresh rosemary and let it boil for about 5 minutes. I added the lemon peels for 2 more minutes and turned off the heat. I let it steep for 10 minutes and added the lemon juice to my brew. I strained the tea and poured into a cup, added a spoonful of honey and sat back to enjoy.

Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de @amazingdrinks, es un gusto saludarlos en este domingo. Hoy me encuentro en casa, un poco más relajada, ya que después de regresar ayer, mi vecina me dió la buena noticia de que el camión de gas vino a recargar la bombona que surte a tres edificios de mi urbanización.
Fueron tres días ingeniándomelas para resolver mis preparaciones y alimentos. Por eso, hoy con mucho entusiasmo quise preparar un té muy especial y poderoso por sus múltiples beneficios. Se trata de tres fantásticos ingredientes: romero, limón y miel. Entre sus propiedades están: antioxidantes, antiinflamatorias y diuréticas.
De acuerdo a la lectura e investigación que realicé, me llamó la atención las diversas propiedades y beneficios que posee el romero. Entre ellos están el de ayudar a combatir la acidez, el exceso de gases y la distensión abdominal. Asimismo, favorece la circulación, promueve la eliminación de toxinas del cuerpo y mejora el cansancio mental, el estrés y la memoria.
Existen otros beneficios de este increíble té. La combinación con el limón y la miel lo hacen una excelente opción para comenzar y disfrutar de este domingo. Además, contribuye a reforzar nuestro sistema inmunológico por sus propiedades antioxidantes, entre otros beneficios. Espero lo disfruten en casa. La cantidad de los ingredientes utilizados rindió para cuatro tazas.
INGREDIENTES
- 2 ramitas de romero fresco
- 1 limón
- Miel al gusto
- 1 litro de agua
PREPARACIÓN
Coloqué en una olla el litro de agua y lo puse a hervir. Luego, tomé 2 ramitas de romero y las separé del resto. Las coloqué en un envase de agua para retirar residuos. Después, separé sus hojas del tallo y las reservé. Posteriormente, lavé el limón y le retiré la cáscara verde con cuidado, evitando retirar la parte blanca, y lo reservé.

Una vez el agua hirviendo, añadí el romero fresco y dejé hervir durante unos 5 minutos. Agregué las cáscaras del limón por 2 minutos más y apagué el fuego. Dejé reposar por 10 minutos y agregué el jugo del limón a mi preparación. Colé el té y serví en una taza, añadí una cucharada de miel y me senté a disfrutar.
