I am spending a few days with my dear eldest daughter and I am very happy to enjoy her company and affection. This Monday I decided to make a rigorous eating plan and exercise routines, in order to be active, energetic and healthy.
Therefore, this morning I wanted to make a drink or smoothie with beets, ginger, lemon and two frozen fruits such as blueberries and raspberries. Additionally, I chose chia for a more nutritious contribution. With this combination, I achieved an incredible antoxifying drink that I am sure you will love.
Here is my step by step, highlighting that this drink is enough for four glasses.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large beet
- 2 pieces of ginger
- 1 large lemon
- 150 grams of frozen blueberries
- 150 grams of frozen raspberries
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tablespoons of chia
PREPARATION
First I washed, peeled and chopped the beets and added them to the blender. Then I peeled, chopped and added the ginger. I also took the lemon, cut it in two and squeezed it in the blender, previously placing a strainer. Then I added the blueberries and raspberries. Finally, I added the water, initially I had added 500 ml so that the ingredients could be processed.

I took it to process at maximum speed and waited 3 minutes until the contents were homogeneous. Once ready, I realized that it was quite thick so I decided to add 500 ml more water. I poured the contents of the blender into a pitcher and served my delicious nutritious drink.

I loved this combination of flavors, consistency and beautiful color. So after a nice walk I was able to refresh myself with this delicious, nutritious and antioxidant drink. It also provides fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Hola a todos mis amigos de @amazingdrinks. Que alegría saludarlos en este inicio de semana, esperando todos se encuentren bien de salud. Hoy les comparto una bebida antioxidante y nutritiva para iniciar la semana.
Me encuentro unos días compartiendo con mi querida hija mayor y, estoy muy felíz disfrutando de su compañía y muestras de cariño. Este lunes decidí hacer un plan riguroso de alimentación y rutinas de ejercicios, con la finalidad de estar activa, con energía y saludable.
Por ello, esta mañana quise hacer una bebida o smoothie con remolacha, jenjibre, limón y dos frutos congelados como los arándanos y frambuesas. Adicionalmente, elegí Chía para un aporte más nutritivo. Logrando con esta combinación una increíble bebida antoxiante que estoy segura les encantará.
A continuación mi paso a paso, resaltando que esta bebida alcanzó para cuatro vasos.
INGREDIENTES
• 1 Remolacha grande
• 2 trozos de jenjibre
• 1 limón grande
• 150 gramos de arándanos congelados
• 150 gramos de frambuesas congelas
• 1 litro de agua.
• 2 cuchadas de Chía
PREPARACIÓN
Lo primero fué lavar, pelar, picar en trozos la remolacha y agregar al vaso de la licuadora. Luego pelé, corté y agregué el jengibre. Asímismo, tomé el limón lo corté en dos y exprimí en la licuadora, colocando previamente un colador. Posteriormente agregué los arándanos y las frambuesas. Por último el agua, en principio había agregado 500 ml para que se procesaran los ingredientes.
Llevé a procesar a velocidad máxima y esperé 3 minutos hasta que el contenido estuviera homogéneo. Una vez listo, me di cuenta que estaba bastante espesa por lo que decidí agregar 500 ml más de agua. Vertí el contenido de la licuadora en una jarra y serví mi deliciosa bebida nutritiva.
Me encantó esta combinación de sabores, consistencia y hermoso color. Asi que después de haber realizado una grata caminata pude refrescarme con esta deliciosa, nutritiva y antioxidante bebida. Aportando además, fibra, vitaminas y minerales.
