My dear friends of @amazingdrinks what a pleasure to greet you and wish you a very happy year 2024. This is my first participation of the year, in one of my favorite communities. What a joy to do it with a super antioxidant smoothie very delicious 😋. It is about ingredients that I love such as: mango 🥭, passion fruit and lemon 🍋.
This is a combination of sensational and unbeatable flavors. Plus this smoothie was loaded with fiber and energy. I tell you that today I started my morning walking routine. Early in the morning I went out with enthusiasm to exercise my body. When I came back I wanted to prepare an antioxidant drink that I could enjoy at the same time. This smoothie was able to satisfy my senses. The taste, color, smell and all the excitement of consuming a healthy and delicious drink.
I hope you can prepare this wonderful and powerful smoothie at home, taking into account the nutrients and properties provided by these ingredients. Here is my step by step, clarifying that the amounts of ingredients yielded for 2 glasses.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 medium mangos.
- 1 medium passion fruit
- 1 large lemon
- 350 ml of drinking water.
PREPARATION
The first thing I did was to choose my fruits. In the case of mangos, my friends, these are in season in my city; we almost always have mangos and these are very delicious. I like them to be firm and beautiful on the outside. The ones I chose for my preparation were beautiful. I washed them very well as well as the passion fruit and the lemon.
I started the preparation with the passion fruit. I chopped it in two, added all its contents to the blender with the water and took it to process for a few seconds. I tried not to liquefy the seeds too much so that I could better strain my juice avoiding small particles of seeds. With the help of a small strainer I separated the juice from the seeds.
Then I washed the blender cup to continue my preparation. I peeled the mangoes, cut them into pieces and added them to the blender. I also added the passion fruit juice. I processed these ingredients until I obtained a homogeneous mixture without lumps. I added this mixture to the pitcher and finally I squeezed the lemon. With the help of a spoon I integrated my ingredients.
In a large glass with ice I added this delicious smoothie very colorful and pleasant smelling. I added a fresh sprig of mint to my glass and this smoothie was ready. Friends of #hive I sat down to enjoy this drink that fascinated me and brightened up the beginning of my day. I hope you liked my preparation with such magnificent and delicious ingredients. The sweetness, the combination of flavors and the acid provided by the lemon made this a powerful antioxidant smoothie.

Mis queridos amigos de @amazingdrinks que gusto saludarlos y desearles un muy felíz año 2024. Esta es mi primera participación del año, en una de mis comunidades preferidas. Que alegría hacerlo con un súper smoothie antioxidante muy delicioso 😋. Se trata de unos ingredientes que me encantan como son: el mango 🥭, la Maracuyá y el limón 🍋.
Esta es una combinación de sensacionales e insuperables sabores. Además este smoothie estuvo cargado de fibra y energía. Les cuento que hoy comencé mi rutina de caminata en las mañanas. Muy temprano salí con entusiasmo a ejercitar mi cuerpo. Al regresar quise preparar una bebida antioxidante y que a la vez me deleitara al tomarla. Este smoothie logró satisfacer mis sentidos. El sabor, color, olor y toda la emoción que implica consumir una bebida saludable y exquisita.
Espero puedan preparar este maravilloso y poderoso smoothie en sus casas, tomando en cuenta los nutrientes y propiedades que aportan éstos ingredientes. A continuación mi paso a paso, aclarando que las cantidades de los ingredientes rindió para 2 vasos.
INGREDIENTES
• 6 mangos medianos.
• 1 Maracuyá mediana
• 1 limón grande
• 350 ml de agua potable.
PREPARACIÓN
Lo primero que realicé fué escoger mis frutas. En el caso de los mangos amigos, éstos están de temporada en mi ciudad; casi siempre tenemos mangos y estos son muy deliciosos. Me gustan que estén duritos y bien bonitos por fuera. Los que escogí para mi preparación estaban hermosos. Los que lavé muy bien al igual que la Maracuyá y el limón.
Comencé la preparación con la Maracuyá. La piqué en dos, agregué todo su contenido a la licuadora con el agua y llevé a procesar por unos segundos. Tratando de que no se licuaran mucho las semillas y así poder colar mejor mi jugo evitando se pasaran partículas pequeñas de éstas. Con ayuda de un colador pequeño separé el jugo de la semillas.
Posteriormente lavé el vaso de la licuadora para continuar mi preparación. Los mangos los pelé, corté en trozos y los agregué a la licuadora. Asímismo, el jugo de la Maracuyá. Estos ingredientes los llevé a procesar hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y sin grumos. Esta mezcla la agregué a la jarra y por último le exprimí el limón. Con ayuda de una cuchara integré mis ingredientes.
En un vaso grande con hielo agregué este delicioso smoothie muy colorido y con agradable olor. Coloqué una ramita fresca de Hierbabuena a mi vaso y asi quedó éste smoothie listo. Amigos de #hive me senté a disfrutar de esta bebida que me fascinó y alegró el comienzo de mi día. Espero les haya gustado mi preparación con tan magníficos y deliciosos ingredientes. El dulzor, la combinacion de sabores y el ácido aportado por el limón hizo de éste un poderoso smoothie antioxidante.
