Hello lovers of @amazingdrink, welcome you all to my blog. Today am thrilled to share with us a very healthy, delicious and nutritious drink commonly known in my place as Tom brown and weaning drink it's other name. I particularly love this drink because of it health benefits and importance to the human body that too it is made from fine ingredients.

Tom brown is that one healthy drink which is produced in powdered form and prepared liquid form for consumption. it is not just consumed by only adults alone but serves as a good drink for children and even infants. It is highly rich, packed with lots of benefits that's why it is save to give kids. For children suffering from malnutrition, Tom brown is that meal they need as it provides them with all the appropriate nutrients their body needs.
Tom brown is not something difficult to produce from scratch and as a matter of facts, I produced this myself from the scratch with simple ingredients that can be gotten around us in our local market which includes groundnuts, millet, soybeans and others. Some of the importance of these drink is that it provides protein minerals and vitamins the body needs to reduce chronic diseases. Rich in potassium and magnesium, full of nutrients and less carbohydrate.

It also aids in weight gain both in kids and adults, promote healthy blood cell and good for the overall well-being of humans. This drink got its name as Tom brown because of it color both when prepared and not but especially when it has been prepared and ready to be consumed just as seen in the photos. It really does not need any more ingredients when prepared aside sugar to taste but I decided to put in milk and yet it still retain its color brown. You can as well prepare it very thick or not so thick like I did mine.

To prepare Tom brown, these were the ingredients I used:
*Tom brown powder ( 87 g)
*sugar (2 teaspoon)
*Peak milk (14 g)
*Water (50 cl)

PROCEDURES
Firstly, I poured in water into a stainless bowl and after that I fetched a little amount of water from the 50 cl and used it to dissolve the powdered brown into a paste and keep aside.

I put the remaining water on fire and allowed to come to a boil after which I added the boiling water into the Tom brown paste after which I then poured the Tom brown into the stainless bowl and return back to the fire to cook a while. When cooking one has to be careful cause it can easily get burnt which I don't want so I had to stir continuously till it wasn't fresh when tasted.

I brought it down from fire, allowed to cool a bit added sugar and milk stirred and then serve. This is unique for a perfect breakfast and goes so well with any snacks of your choice but I love to enjoy it with a very soft bread instead.
