This dish is both nutritious and rich in natural goodness. The combination of tender young jackfruit, aromatic spices, and creamy coconut milk creates a comforting and wholesome bowl of soup. Required Ingredients...
🍀 Young jackfruit, boiled, cleaned and cut into pieces 150g.
🍀 1 1/2 Cup of coconut milk.
🍀 A little chopped onion.
🍀 A green chilli pod finely chopped.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 About 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
🍀 A small piece of finely chopped ginger.
🍀 1 teaspoons of lime juice.
🍀 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
Method of making....
1 Step.
First, take the well-boiled and chopped young jackfruit pieces and place them in a blender. Add some coconut milk and blend until it forms a smooth, creamy paste.

Once it is well blended, transfer the mixture to a separate bowl.

Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add about a tablespoon of coconut oil and let it heat up. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onions, garlic, curry leaves, ginger and green chilies. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.

Next, add the blended young jackfruit mixture to the pan. Pour in about 250ml of water and add salt to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Let it cook for about 3 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend together.

Next, add the remaining coconut milk to the mixture and stir well to combine. Finally, add about a teaspoon of lime juice and mix thoroughly.
