Dear friends of #AmazingDrinks, here I am again. As I have mentioned in previous posts, I am at a stage in my life where I have committed myself to eating as healthily as possible, which also includes drinking energy drinks that are beneficial to my body.
That's why, whenever I can, I make these delicious nutritious smoothies, a detox to cleanse my body, help it continue to heal, and make me feel better. There are many foods that provide great benefits, including beets, which are rich in nutrients and offer health benefits. Among the main ones, they help combat anemia, improve the circulatory system, and are a powerful antioxidant. In short, among many other things.
In this case, I wanted to make a drink combining it with carrots, which also have many benefits. It is a powerful combination. Now I will tell you what ingredients I used for this drink:
- One beetroot
- One carrot
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of flaxseed.

Queridos amigos de #AmazingDrinks, de nuevo me encuentro por aquí, como bien he dicho en anteriores posts, estoy en una etapa de mi vida, donde me he comprometido conmigo misma a comer lo más saludable posible, esto incluye también, tomar bebidas energéticas, con beneficios para mi organismo.
Es por ello que cada vez que pueda me haré estos ricos batidos nutritivos, un Detox para limpiar mi cuerpo, ayudarlo a seguir sanando y sentirme mejor; existen muchos alimentos que aportan grandes beneficios, entre la remolacha, bien conocida como betabel, la misma es rica en nutrientes, la cual ofrece beneficios para nuestra salud, entre los principales, ayuda a combatir la anemia, el sistema circulatorio, es un poderoso antioxidante, en fin, entre esto, muchas cosas más.
En este caso, quise hacerme una bebida combinándola con la zanahoria, la cual también posee muchos beneficios, es una poderosa combinación, ahora les digo que ingredientes use para dicha bebida:
- Una remolacha o betabel
- Una zanahoria
- 1/2 zumo de limón
- 1 cucharadita de linaza.

To prepare this juice, first wash the vegetables thoroughly, then peel them. Next, use a grater to grate both the carrot and the beetroot. Once you have done this, place them in a blender with a glass and a half of water, add the lemon juice and half a tablespoon of flaxseed. With everything in the blender, all that's left is to blend it until everything is well mixed. Once blended, strain it.

Para la preparación de este jugo, primero lave bien las hortalizas, luego las pele, seguidamente, con un rallador, ralle tanto la zanahoria como la remolacha; ya con esto, procedí a colocarlo en la licuadora, con un vaso y medio de agua, le agregue el zumo de limón, y la media cucharada de linaza, se preguntaran porque le coloque esto, pues bien, la linaza es muy buena para el sistema digestivo, asi que porque no agregarlo, todo esto por nuestra salud.
Ya con todo esto en la licuadora, solo queda batirlo, que se mezcle bien todo, una vez batido, procedemos a colarlo.

A mí me gusto como quedó, y como pueden ver, sin nada de azúcar, ya que ambas hortalizas contienen la contienen de forma natural, sabe muy bien, el toque de limón, le da ese gustito picoso, definitivamente tienen que probarlo, inténtelo y me dicen que tal les pareció, un jugo natural, saludable, con muchas propiedades, perfecto para nuestra salud y bienestar.
