In addition to being pleasant to the palate, it is digestive and calms anxiety. When I am anxious I turn to plants and thus avoid the use of sleeping pills or anxiolytics.
I will refer to the plants by the names known in my region and the characteristics that I will address are based on my daily experiences and practices since my childhood.
7 sour orange leaves

Es recomendable tomar las hojas frescas pues sus propiedades y sabor son más efectivos.
Además de lo agradable al paladar, es digestivo y calma la ansiedad. Cuando estoy ansiosa recurro a las plantas y así evito el uso de somníferos o ansiolíticos.
Me referiré a las plantas por los nombres conocidos en mi región y la las características que abordaré están sustentadas en mis vivencias y prácticas cotidianas desde mi niñez.

Estas tres plantas hacen una combinación de sabores, aromas y propiedades, excelentes. Las flores como las hojas son utiles.

Todas estas plantas están expuestas al polvo y otros elementos del ambiente, por lo que recomiendo lavar sus hojas con abundante agua y separar de sus tallos.
