Here are the steps to prepare our juice:
First step: Start by pouring your glass of water into the blender. The glass should hold 350 milliliters of water, which is just enough for a daily dose.
Second step: In our second step, we will continue by adding a sprig or branch of our Spanish celery ingredient. This amount is ideal for a glass of water, friends, since I previously prepared it with less and it was watery and you could hardly taste it. Let it blend for a few minutes until it is smooth.
Step three: Once the juice has been blended, in this third step we will continue by taking a strainer and straining it to remove the Spanish celery so we can drink our nutritious juice.
Step four: In this fourth and final step, we will continue by taking our half lemon and squeezing it into our juice very carefully so that the seeds don't fall in and make it bitter, thus finishing our juice.
