Today I want to prepare a delicious 🍌chambur 🍌with carrot 🥕 and oatmeal smoothie, to keep us always with energy.
The cambur , is a fruit, rich in potassium, vitamins , folic acid, magnesium . It has a nutritional value, ideal for all types of diets.possesses vitamin C, it is said to be the fruit of the athlete.
Carrot: it is a fruit rich in phosphorus, therefore invigorates the minds and bodies, it is a diuretic vegetable, which prevents fluid retention.
Therefore, the combination of carrot, cambur and oatmeal, make a very special smoothie.
Hoy quiero preparar ,un delicioso batido de cambur 🍌con zanahoria 🥕 y avena, para mantenernos siempre con energía.
El cambur , es una fruta, rica en potasio, vitaminas , ácido fólico, magnesio . Tiene un valor nutricional, ideal para todo tipo de dietas.Posee vitamina C, se dice que es la fruta del deportista.
La zanahoria: es una fruta rica en fósforo, por lo tanto vigoriza las mentes y cuerpos.Es un vegetal diurético, que evita la retención de líquidos.
Por lo tanto la combinación entre la zanahoria ,el cambur y la avena, hacen de un batido , muy especial .
Ingredients for the preparation of the delicious smoothie with carrots and oatmeal are the following:**
3 camburs.
1 carrot.
80 grams of oatmeal.
50 grams of sugar.
800 ml of water.
Ingredientes para la preparación del delicioso batido de cambur con zanahoria y avena, son los siguientes:
3 cambures.
1 zanahoria.
80 gramos de avena.
50 gramos de azúcar.
800 ml de agua.
Preparation of the milkshake:
The first thing we will do is to remove the shell of the cambures or peel them, then with a knife chop it into small pieces.
In the same way remove the peel of the carrot, wash and chop it into small pieces.
Once everything is chopped, proceed to blend.
We put everything in the blender, the cambur and the carrot, add the water and blend.
Now add the oatmeal and sugar and continue blending. Now the smoothie is ready, this smoothie can be prepared quickly, if you like to add ice or just add it, it is also very tasty.
Now serve.
Preparación del batido:
Lo primero que haremos es ,quitar la concha de los cambures o pelarlos, luego con un cuchillo picarlo en trocitos.
De igual forma quitar la cáscara de la zanahoria ,lavar y picar en trocitos.
Ya teniendo todo picado, procedemos a licuar.
Metemos todo en la licuadora, el cambur y la zanahoria, agregamos el agua y licuamos.
Ahora agregamos la avena y la azúcar y seguimos licuando. >Ya el batido está listo, se prepara rápido este batido, si gusta agregarle hielo o solo también queda muy sabroso. >Ahora a servir .
