Desde hace mucho tiempo quería probar como se hacían los granizados, preguntaba como se preparaban y me decían que lo primero que debía tener es una buena licuadora que picara hielo , entonces hace algunos meses pude comprar una. Por lo que me acordé de lo quería hacer.
En casa tenía fresas 🍓🍓 , entonces preparé por primera granizado de fresas.
Además investigué que las fresas se congelaban y quedaba mejor. Pero lo preparé con el hielo picado. Y me quedó súper delicioso,me gustó el resultado. Sin más, vamos a los ingredientes y a la preparación.

For a long time I wanted to try how slushies were made, I asked how to prepare them and they told me that the first thing I had to have is a good blender that crushes ice, then a few months ago I was able to buy one. So I remembered what I wanted to do.
At home I had strawberries 🍓🍓 , so I prepared for the first time a strawberry granita.
I also researched that strawberries could be frozen and it was better. But I prepared it with crushed ice. And it was super delicious, I liked the result. Without further ado, let's go to the ingredients and preparation.
Ingredientes para la preparación del granizado de fresas 🍓🍓:
- 400 gramos de fresas grandes.
- 150 gramos de leche en polvo.
- 100 gramos de azúcar.
- Hielo picado.
- 500 ml de agua.
Ingredients for the preparation of the strawberry slush 🍓🍓:
- 400 grams of large strawberries.
- 150 grams of powdered milk.
- 100 grams of sugar.
- Crushed ice.
- 500 ml of water.
Preparación del granizado de fresas 🍓🍓:
- Lavar las fresas bien con agua.
- Picar con un cuchillo las fresas en trocitos.
- Agregar en la licuadora: el agua , las fresas picadas , la leche en polvo y el azúcar , licuar hasta que se desintegren todos los ingredientes.
- Ahora viene para que se haga granizado, agregar poco a poco dentro de la licuadora los trocitos de hielo. Cuando veamos que la mezcla quede espesa. Ya está lista.
-Sirva en un vaso y adorne con fresas .
Preparation of the strawberry slush 🍓🍓:
- Wash the strawberries well with water.
- Chop the strawberries into small pieces with a knife.
- Add in the blender: water , chopped strawberries , powdered milk and sugar , blend until all ingredients are disintegrated.
- Now it is time to make it slushy, add little by little into the blender the ice cubes. When we see that the mixture is thick. It is ready.
-Serve in a glass and garnish with strawberries.
