Hello Hivers and Amazing Drinks Lovers.
Welcome again to my blog. It's been a while I made drinks in this community. I love juicing in my own way than relying on store bought juice. Well , there hasn't been steady power supply in my area and so there's no much use of my Electric Blender.
The ingredients I used in making this smoothie 🥤 are
3 bulgs of Tomatoes 🍅
6 tubers of Carrots 🥕
A thumb size of Ginger 👍🏾
A glass of Water 🥛
Tomatoes are good source of vitamin A and C and a great source of vitamin K and potassium While Carrots on its own are also packed with Vitamin A and C and fibre. You can see why I now made it one of my favorite drinks. They can provide many health benefits.
Without any more time wastage, let's start.
We have to first wash our fruits and peel the ginger and wash it.
Dice and slice them.
You have to Put the fruits, ginger and water in the blender and blend it till smooth. I wanted to strain the juice but I gave it a second thought to consume the fiber for it will do a great job on my gut health.
Pour out the smoothie in cup and enjoy. It's so refreshing and energizing. You can add some ice cubes or refigerate , the choice is yours.
I was able to bring out 500ml of smoothie .
