I believe you are feeling good. I welcome you to my blog. Follow me let me show you how I made this Cashew combination drink, it's so refreshing and hydrating. As you can see I am always blending varieties of fruits to get more nutrients and flavor.
As we all know , Cashew can be a great benefit to your heart health. Those healthy fats stored in cashew can as well help lower bad cholesterol levels. It has wonderful health benefits I decided to incorporate pineapple and lime which are loaded with vitamin C .
INGREDIENTS
200g Cashew apples
600g Pineapple
4 young Lime
A piece of Ginger
500ml Water
RECIPE
*Wash the fruits , peel and also wash the ginger.
*Pull out the head of the cashew , I do preserve the heads for the nuts,cut in smaller Pieces.
*Peel the pineapple and dice it , cut the lime ,place the strainer over the blender, squeeze the juice of the lime into it.
*Pour the ingredients in the blender .
I divided my ingredients into two ,my blender can't contain all the ingredients at once.
*Pour 250ml of chilled water, in the first batch and the next one will be 250ml.
- Blend right away till you observe enough smoothness which happens in just 5 mins , then turn off your blender.
*Strain it , with the helper of the strainer
After preparing the juice ,
I was able to
get 1 1/2 liters of juice.
Pour in your glass and enjoy. Do you know my children were waiting to go to school with it in the morning.
So Nutritious and so delicious 😋.
