Feliz día, amigos de Amazing Drinks, esperando todos se encuentren bien, hoy les traigo una apetitosa y jugosa bebida, que nos refresca y beneficia bastante en estos cambios de clima, son el lulo y la naranja ambas se caracterizan por su color y por sus propiedades ricas en vitaminas, el lulo es una fruta agria y dulce propia de nuestros andes venezolanos y los andes colombianos, ahora es común, encontrarlo en algunas ciudades de nuestro país. Esta potente combinación no solo nos deleitará el paladar, sino también que es saludable.

Como ambas frutas son tan jugosas, sientes ese sabor de frescura que deleita, aquí les dejo la preparación muy sencilla de hacer y con pocos ingredientes. Le agregamos azúcar al gusto. Prefiero las bebidas con poco dulce. Me gusta mucho el ácido de las frutas naturales.

2 large oranges
3 tablespoons of sugar
½ liter of very cold water

Preparation:

Importante lavar muy bien las frutas, luego las cortamos a la mitad, extraemos el jugo a las naranjas y reservamos. Al lulo, le extraemos su pulpa y la colocamos en la licuadora; le agregamos el agua. Procesamos y luego colamos, seguidamente le añadimos el azúcar y mezclamos.
