Kiwi and Oranges Two Powerful Fruits
The rich and tearful oranges, a necessary companion after the meal, this fruit is always present in school canteens, in the canteens of university students and even in the refectories of hospitalized people, it is so accessible that it is not missing in the Venezuelan diet. In the culinary part it is used to make orange cake, manjar, ice cream, cocktails and juices. It has a high content of vitamin C, fortifies our immune system, is an antioxidant and helps us fight colds, with the ease with which the peel is removed, we can eat it and feel in our palate its fleshiness and savor those juicy segments that explode on our palate that quench our thirst.

On the other hand, we have the kiwi considered an exotic fruit. Another delicious fruit that before the orange, surpasses it in vitamin C, and is also a powerful antioxidant, and also brings many benefits to our body, we can also eat it by removing the skin. Today I wanted to opt for these two fruits that I love and I wanted to mix them because they both have favorable characteristics enhancing more juice to keep us in good health. Hopefully I got them very cheap.
As always here I leave you my preparation, the ingredients were as follows:
Ingredients:
- 2 large oranges.
- 3 kiwis.
- 75 ml of water.
- 2 ½ tablespoons of sugar.
- 75 ml of water
Preparation:
We proceed to wash the fruits very well, the oranges we chop them in half and extract the juice, either in a juicer or by hand and reserve the juice.
Then peel the kiwi and cut it in half, in the blender proceed to pour the water, and add the orange juice, then add the kiwi, blend until well combined, turn off and finally add the sugar, beating again for a minute.
Serve over ice. I loved the preparation, as the kiwi and the orange gave a thickness to the mixture and the flavor was divinely sapid.

Kiwi y Naranjas Dos Frutas Poderosas
Las naranjas ricas y lagrimosas, un acompañante necesario después de la comida, este fruto, está presente siembre en los comedores escolares, en los comedores de los estudiantes universitarios e incluso en los refectorios de las personas hospitalizadas, es tan accesible que no falta en la dieta venezolana. En la parte culinaria se utiliza, para hacer pastel de naranja, manjar, helados, cocteles y jugos. Posee un alto contenido de vitamina C, fortifica nuestro sistema inmunológico, es antioxidante y nos ayuda a combatir el resfriado, con la facilidad con que se le quita la cáscara, la podemos comer y sentir en nuestro paladar su carnosidad y saborear esos gajos jugosos que explotan en nuestro paladar que nos sacian la sed.

Por otro lado, tenemos el kiwi considerado una fruta exótica. Otra fruta deliciosa que ante la naranja, la supera en vitamina C, y es también un poderoso antioxidante, e igualmente nos aporta muchos beneficios a nuestro cuerpo, también la podemos comer quitándole la piel. Hoy quise optar por estas dos frutas que me encantan y quise mezclarlas porque ambas tienen características favorables potenciando más el jugo para mantenernos con buena salud. Con suerte los conseguí muy baratos.
Como siempre aquí les dejo mi preparación, los ingredientes fueron los siguientes:

- 2 naranjas grandes.
- 3 kiwis.
- 75 ml de agua.
- 2 ½ cucharadas de azúcar.
- 75 ml de agua.
Preparación:
Procedemos a lavar muy bien las frutas, las naranjas las picamos por la mitad y le extraemos el jugo, ya sea en un exprimidor o a mano y reservamos el jugo.
Luego pelamos el kiwi y lo cortamos por la mitad, en la licuadora procedemos a verter el agua, y vamos agregando el jugo de la naranja, luego le colocamos el kiwi, licuamos hasta que se unan bien, apagamos y por último añadimos el azúcar batiendo nuevamente por un minuto.
Servimos con hielo. Me encantó la preparación, ya que el kiwi acompañado de la naranja le dio un espesor a la mezcla y el sabor resultó divinamente sápido.
