El calabacín, catalogada como fruta, contiene una cantidad de nutrientes, como son potasio, ácido fólico, magnesio y vitaminas como la A y C y siempre hemos hablado de las maravillas de la naranja, que es una fuente de vitamina C y con propiedades antioxidantes que ayuda fortalecer nuestro organismo y por su acidez refresca mucho, la hierbabuena, con su sabor aromático, posee también su toque beneficioso y coopera con nuestra digestión en lo que se refiere malestares del estómago, debido a su condición y edad sé que le iba a gradar sabiendo sus gustos, esperaba que se sintiera mejor. Aquí les dejo mi receta, no hay problema si multiplica las cantidades, para más personas.
Ingredientes:
- 5 rodajas de calabacín
- 6 rodajas de cambur
- 1 naranja
- 1 ramita de hierbabuena
- 50 gramos de papelón
- 1 vaso de agua bien fría.
