Buenos y bendecido día para todos los amigos creadores ésta maravillosa comunidad de bebidas increibles, hoy les traigo una receta de bebida deliciosa y a la vez medicinal un verdadero alivio para los bronquios ya que limpia, depura y desinflama toda la vía respiratoria, la combinación de éstos cuatros ingredientes en éste zumo de aloe vera, limón, jengibre y miel proporciona vitamina C y antioxidantes necesario para mejorar la defensa del cuerpo.
Es una bebida con muchas propiedades medicinales genial para un cuerpo y mente sano, además está es muy agradable por la miel y fácil de hacer en casa y hace la función de un rico jarabe.

INGREDIENTES PARA SU PREPARACIÓN:
● 3 hojas de aloe vera.
● 400 gr de miel.
● 2 limones.
● 50 gr de jengibre.
INGREDIENTS FOR ITS PREPARATION:

● 50 gr of ginger.
PREPARACIÓN DEL ZUMO PARA LIMPIAR LOS BROQUIOS Y CUERPO :
El Paso a paso :
● Tomamos tres hojas de aloe vera le quitamos las espinas y piel con el cuchillo.
●Dejamos sólo el cristal del aloe vera bien limpio sin rastro de la piel verde.
● Cortamos cada hoja en tres trozo, es decir, sacamos tres trozos de cristal de cada hoja.
● Lavamos varias veces el cristal en diferentes agua cuatro o cinco veces.
● Colocamos el cristal en el vaso de la licuadora.
● El jengibre lo tengo ya lavado, pelado y picado en trozos.
● También añadimos los 50 gr de jengibre con los cristales de aloe vera en el vaso de la licuadora.
●¤Aquí tenemos la botella de miel esta miel debe ser la pura y natural.
● Colocamos dos tazas de miel que equivale a 400 ml al vaso de la licuadora.
PREPARATION OF THE JUICE TO CLEANSE THE BUCKTHORNS AND BODY :
Step by step :
● We take three leaves of aloe vera we remove the thorns and skin with the knife.

● We place the crystal in the glass of the blender.

Continuamos con la preparación del zumo:
● Tenemos dos limones de tamaño mediano lavamos y cortamos los limones.
● Tomamos el colador azul para esprimir los limones directamente en el vaso de la licuadora.
● Es importante que se esprima con un colador así no caerá semilla al vaso de la licuadora.
● Licuamos todos los ingredientes de la licuadora por 4 minutos hasta que se haga espuma y quede bien licuado.
● Tomamos el colador verde esté es más fino, es como una tela fina para colar bien el licuado y solo quede el zumo.

Almacenamos:
● Lavamos un envase de vidrio con agua caliente con su tapa.
● Luego añadimos el zumo al envase de vidrio y tapamos para conservarlo en la nevera por más tiempo.
