I've always been a fan of simple but sweet recipes, but today I want to show.you something different that I made. A simple healthy recipe.
I used three absolutely natural ingredients, which are Cucumbers, ginger and lime juice. A blend of this three made a perfect mixture that is packed with lots of nutrients and health benefits.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers 2 medium sized
- 1 inch piece of Ginger
- Lime 3 pcs
- 1 cup of water
Procedure
- Prepare the Ingredients: I started by cutting the cucumbers into tiny pieces for easy blending. Next I peel the ginger and squeeze the juice out of the lime
- Blend Everything Together: Next I add them to the blender adding the water and blend until it is smooth

- After blending it till smooth, I poured it into a glass. And got ready to taste it!
I tried to drink it, and to be honest I couldn't drink it all because of the taste. The taste of this mixture was quite unique. The ginger brought a spicy kick, the cucumber provided a refreshing coolness, and the lime added a tangy twist. However, the combination of these strong flavors made it a bit intense for my taste buds.
I knew I was just exploring things and using the new blender is exciting lol!
Well I took the drink to my uncle and to my surprise he drank everything and enjoyed it too hmmm.
Despite the strong flavor, I know this drink is packed with numerous health benefits:
Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, it can help to aid digestion, reduce nausea, and fight colds and flu.
Cucumber contains vitamins and minerals that support skin health and reduce blood pressure.
Lime is rich in vitamin C, boosts the immune system, aids digestion, and can improve skin quality.
So yeah, this is a good mixture, it might have been better for me if I added some honey or sugar maybe to enhance the taste, or even milk. and the drink could have benefitted from a refrigerator!
