Greetings everyone, I hope you're all doing great. It's another beautiful day to share with you all another amazing drink recipe I made, here we have a sweet potato and banana smoothie that's perfect for any time of the day.
It turned out super good and I'm sure you'll love it too, I only used 3 simple ingredients for it and below ill list them out:
Ingredients
- 1 small sweet potatoes
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup of yoghurt
To start making this drink, I peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces . I also peeled the bananas and got everything ready!

Next I put the potatoes inside boiling water to cook.
After a few minutes The potatoes were soft enough and I got them out

Next I poured in the potatoes, bananas and yoghurt into the blender and set it to blend properly
I then sieved it to get a perfect smooth smoothie.

After that I poured it in the glass, was supper smooth and creamy I loved how it turned out.
