Healthy greetings to all of you friends in this community. Today I will make beet juice which has lots of good benefits for our bodies. However, its use must be limited and not excessive because anything in excess will not be good for you. our bodies in the future.

And because I think beets have an earthy smell and taste, I mix them with other ingredients, usually I mix them with 3 ingredients, namely carrots, beets and oranges, but because there are no oranges in my house at the moment, I only use 2 ingredients. for now, and I will write the juice recipe below.

The materials I need are:

1. Beet fruit (I only use ¼ of the beet fruit now because I only make 1 glass of juice for myself)

2. Carrots (because the carrots I used were very small so I used 2 carrots as my juice mixture this time)

3. Water (I only use 1 glass of water)

4. Honey (using honey is optional, you can not use it at all, in this recipe I use 1 teaspoon of honey.)

I'm sure whoever the person is will have made juice or at least know how to make juice themselves, and the easiest thing is if there is a juicer at home. All we have to do is add the fruit and the juice will be ready and can be enjoyed straight away.
