There are many references to Smothies that we can sample and how to make them is also not difficult. Now it's just a matter of whether we want to live a healthy life or not and that's all in our hands. There is a friend of mine who really likes drinking soda water, even when he wakes up and his throat is dry, he will immediately open the refrigerator and look for a bottle of soda there. If we say it is not healthy then he will also say that soda is a healthy drink because it is able to release the wind is bad for our bodies and we don't catch colds easily, but do you know how much weight you have? Sorry I'm not into body shaming right now but her weight is out of control even when she goes on a diet now. And now let's do healthy living little by little and don't need to force it.
I don't regularly drink a glass of juice or smoothies on the same schedule, like every morning or evening before bed, for example, but I try to have juice or smoothies in my body every day, whether in the morning, afternoon or evening, and all without sugar. I do this to get my body used to consuming healthy drinks and I always avoid sugar as is the habit of Indonesian society in general.
Today I will make smothies which are beneficial for a healthy heart and glowing face if consumed every day, but because every day I change smothies according to my taste, I don't know whether these smothies will function well or not according to their intended use. And I will explain the ingredients for making these smoothies to all of you.
The materials I need are:
1. Pineapple (I used 1 large piece of pineapple)
2. papaya (I used 1 piece of papaya, the size of which is larger when weighed by the weight of the papaya that I used.)
3. Cheashead (in this recipe I will mix 1 spoon of cheashed into my smothies this time)
4. 1 glass of water
How to make it is :
1. First, I cut the papaya into 4 parts, then I took 1 part, I removed the seeds and I peeled the skin, then I cut it into small pieces and put it in a blender.
2. And the second is to divide the pineapple into 4 parts and I take 1 part of the pineapple, without throwing away the bones, I just cut it into small pieces and I put it in the blender to join the papaya that was already in it first.
3. The third step is to add the cheasheed
4. And finally, mix the water into it then blend until smooth. To get the best results, blend 2 to 3 times
5. Without filtering it first, transfer it directly to a blender and you can drink the smoothies.
