Hello my dear readers of this beautiful community, as is Amazingdrinks, wishing you are fabulously well, as I told you a few days ago at home we have been very sick with this virus that is giving super strong, but my husband is the one who has been very delicate health, we had to take him to the emergency internist doctor because no medication made him effect, and as a conclusion was a chronic bronchitis, plus he is allergic to some foods, strong odors. So among his treatments the doctor told me to prepare him a lot of guava and tangerine smoothie because of its property to help him fight respiratory infections.
After going for almost a whole morning from pharmacy to pharmacy looking for each one of the medicines, since they were difficult to locate, I went to the fruit store to buy guava and tangerines, as well as other fruits, in order to raise his defenses and improve his health little by little. The doctor explained to us how important it is to consume this kind of shakes to avoid this kind of virus and more in the phase in which he is, without further ado, let's go to the preparation of this delicious shake.

- After blending for a few more minutes I add the sugar to my taste, in this case the measure I had in the glass, I wait for it to dilute for a few more minutes and proceed to turn off and strain the juice.

Hola mis queridos lectores de ésta hermosa comunidad, como lo es Amazingdrinks, deseando que se encuentren fabulosamente bien, como les dije hace algunos días en casa nos hemos visto muy enfermos con esta virosis que está dando súper fuerte, pero mi esposo es quien ha estado muy delicado de salud, tuvimos que llevarlo de emergencia al médico internista porque ya ningún medicamento le hacía efecto, y como conclusión fue una bronquitis crónica, aunado a que es alérgico a algunos alimentos, olores fuertes. Así que entre sus tratamientos la dra me mandó a qué le preparara mucho el batido de guayaba con mandarina por su propiedad de ayudar a combatir las infecciones respiratorias .
Luego de ir por casi toda una mañana de, farmacia en farmacia ubicando cada uno de los medicamentos, ya que estaban difícil de ubicar, pues me fui luego a la frutería para comprarle las guayaba y las mandarinas, a parte de otras frutas, para así subir sus defensas y que él mejore poco a poco su salud nuevamente. La doctora nos explico lo importante que es consumir está clase de batidos para evitar que nos dé esta clase de virus y más en la fase en la que el se encuentran, sin más que decirles vamos a la elaboración de este delicioso batido.
Guayaba: entre sus beneficios el más poderoso es su vitamina c, está fruta posee más vitamina c que la propia naranja, limón o mandarina, es excelente antioxidante, ayuda a subir la hemoglobina, ayuda a contrarrestar las infecciones respiratorias, es oxigenante por su alto contenido en hierro y súper hidratante.
Mandarina: por su alto contenido en nutrientes ayuda a los problemas cardíacos, infecciones urinarias y respiratorias, anemia, alergias, ayuda también a combatir las células cancerígenas, también es excelente para el control del colesterol alto, estreñimiento y a la deshidratación.

- Tomamos la mandarina y le vamos quitando la cáscara a cada una, al tenerlas lista, procedo a picarla en trozos pequeños para luego extraer su jugo, ya listo el jugo lo reservo en una jarra pequeña.
- Seguidamente de haber extraído el jugo de las mandarinas, corto las guayabas rojas en cubos pequeños, al tenerlas listas las llevo a la licuadora y agrego el jugo de mandarina que tenía reservado e inicio a licuarla, incorporando a su vez la media jarra de agua, hasta obtener una mezcla suave y homogénea.
- Seguidamente de haber licuado unos minutos más agrego el azúcar a mi gusto, en este caso la medida que tenía en el vasito, espero que se diluya unos minutos más y procedo a apagar y colar el jugo.
