-Hojas de guayaba (6 unidades)
-Limón (medio)
-Agua (3 tazas )

A continuación los pasos para preparar nuestro té:
Primer paso: Iniciaremos agregando nuestras tazas de agua al envase donde vamos a cocinar nuestro té

First step: We will start by adding our cups of water to the container where we are going to cook our tea.
Segundo paso: luego vamos a continuar tomando nuestras hojas bien limpias , y la agregaremos a nuestra olla junto con el agua para llevar a cocinar , en lo personal entre más tiernas las hojas siento que es mejor
Second step: then we will continue taking our leaves well cleaned, and we will add them to our pot along with the water to take to cook, personally the more tender the leaves I feel it is better.
Tercer paso : luego que nuestras hojas se encuentren blandas y el agua haya hervido lo suficiente, apagamos y dejamos reposar unos segundos
Third step: after our leaves are soft and the water has boiled enough, we turn it off and let it rest for a few seconds.
Cuarto paso: seguidamente en nuestro cuarto paso vamos a continuar retirando nuestro té de guayaba de la olla , agregamos a la taza donde vayamos a tomar , luego continúe exprimiendo limón a mi té, culminado así mi beneficioso té , como es medicinal no agregué azúcar lo deje mejor al natural
