Today I made this smoothie for hot afternoon after coming back from school and the weather is very hot I decided to make a chilled smoothie for hot weather.
INGREDIENTS USED
1 Apple
1 banana
2 piece of dates.
PROCEDURE
This process is very simple and easy and is worth trying.
I will wash and peel my banana
I will also wash and cut my apple and remove the little seed
I will wash my dates remove the seed and blend them together with my chilled cup of water.
I will now pour it out of my blender.
Here my healthy smoothie is ready to enjoy.
