- ½ apple
- 1 carrot
- 1 tomato
Making Procedure
Peel the apple and carrot and cut into small pieces. Also prepare the tomatoes, then wash the pieces thoroughly.
Put in a blender, then add 100 ml aoe.
Blend until smooth until everything is perfectly crushed, well if you want a sweet taste, bole add sugar.
Result
Natural smothies from fresh apples, carrots and tomatoes are ready to be served in my serving glass.
