Explosion Of Flavor... Discover it. Our combined adventure today has as protagonists four incredible fruits; 4 fruits that I love and that at least one of them is always present in any juice. Likewise, lemon, strawberry and peach provide important amounts of vitamins C, A and B, as well as mango.
On the other hand; the diuretic power of these fruits is superlative; and their flavor as a whole, is indescribable because I really love them; of course I know, that you also like these fruits and the benefits you receive from it; I say this, because I have seen countless recipes where the same are used to a great extent. Next we are going to present the stars of this recipe; and as always; zero sugar, the sugar that these fruits provide is enough for me; we are on fire:
- 1 dudu mango.
- 1 large peach.
- 1 large lemon.
- 2 strawberries.
- 250 milliliters.
.... Procedure 1...
We begin with the preparation of this fabulous juice by adding the ingredients. We put the strawberries, the peach pieces with their shells and the dudú mango pieces with their shells into the blender; finally we add all the water.
This time we are not going to strain this combination; I really like to feel that touch left by the mango and peach shells and the tiny seeds of the strawberries. Even if we are not going to strain, we still let it blend very well until everything is compact; let the fruits get to know each other hehehehehe.

Once we have blended the strawberries, peach and mango; we could not leave out the lemon; hehehehehehehe, they thought I had forgotten about the lemon. Explosión De Sabor... Descúbrelo. Nuestra aventura combinada de hoy tiene como protagonistas cuatro frutas increíbles; 4 frutas que me encantan y que por lo menos una de ellas, siempre está presente en cualquier jugo. Ahora; sencillamente la explosión de sabor que vamos a sentir es única, ya que nuestro cuerpo recibirá una carga energética, de vitaminas y minerales superlativa. En tal sentido; les presento mis frutas favoritas; mango, melocotón, limón y fresas; y les digo, que realmente me siento en total armonía con todos sus beneficios.
El mango; en este caso el dudú, aporta vitaminas A, C y B, minerales a montón y mucha fibra; desde mi punto de vista, el mango, en cualquiera de sus versiones, es una de las frutas que aporta los mayores beneficios para nuestro organismo. De igual manera; el limón, la fresa y el melocotón, aportan cantidades importantes de vitamina C, A y B, así como lo hace el mango.
Por otra parte; el poder diurético de estas frutas es superlativa; y su sabor en conjunto, es indescriptible porque realmente me encantan; claro que sé, que a ustedes también les gustan estas frutas y los beneficios que reciben de ella; lo digo, porque he visto innumerables recetas donde las mismas son usadas en gran medida. Por lo pronto; vamos a preparar, a disfrutar y a descubrir juntos la explosión de sabor que brinda esta receta, no te la pierdas; activos.

....Que Necesito....
A continuación vamos a presentar las estrellas de esta receta; y como siempre; cero azúcar, me basta con el azúcar que estas frutas nos proporcionan; vamos que estamos on fire:
- 1 mango dudú.
- 1 melocotón grande.
- 1 limón grande.
- 2 fresas.
- 250 mililitros.
.... Procedimiento 1...
Iniciamos con la preparación de este fabuloso jugo y para ello, vamos agregando los ingredientes. Ingresamos en la licuadora las fresas, los trozos de melocotón con su concha y los trozos de mango dudú igualmente con su concha; finalmente se añade toda el agua.
En esta oportunidad no vamos a colar esta combinación; me gusta mucho sentir ese toque que dejan las conchas del mango, del melocotón y de las mínimas semillas de las fresas. Aunque no vayamos a colar, igualmente dejamos licuar muy bien hasta que todo quede compacto; que las frutas se conozcan jejejeje.
.... Procedimiento 2...
Una vez que hemos licuado las fresas, el melocotón y el mango; no podíamos dejar de lado el limón; jejejejeje, pensaron que me había olvidado del limón. Bueno; cortamos el limón a la mitad y con la ayuda de un exprimidor, extraemos directamente el jugo de esta fruta en la licuadora y volvemos a licuar, para que el limón se mezcle con la combinación anterior. Finalmente, procedemos a servir en nuestro vaso y realmente la preparación tiene un color increíble, me encanta este amarillo sensacional.
....Vamos a Degustar....
Ahora con todo listo; sencillamente, vamos a degustar nuestro fabuloso jugo; el color, el sabor y su olor son únicos. Y solo les digo esto; esta mezcla me ha dejado sin palabras, degusto y sigo degustando con mucha emoción.
