Tomar por lo menos, una vez a la semana, un batido de manzana verde con avena en hojuelas, es una bebida muy sabrosa, nutritiva, energizante y constituye un buen laxante. En cuanto a la manzana verde, dicho fruto aporta potasio, calcio, minerales y vitaminas, siendo efectiva para eliminar el colesterol que daña al organismo. En relación a la avena es un alimento que concede al ser humano fibra, proteínas y vitaminas, asimismo como ocurre al consumir la manzana verde, también contribuye a la normalización del tránsito intestinal. Al invitarles en la preparación de la citada bebida, se hace con el propósito de orientarles sobra la necesidad de motivarles, en el consumo de uno de los batidos muy esenciales para la salud.
- Una manzana verde.
- 100 gramos de avena en hojuelas.
- Una taza con agua.
- Azúcar al gusto.
Procedemos al lavado muy bien de la manzana verde, con la finalidad de quitarles las impurezas, recordando que dicho fruto será utilizado incluyendo sus conchas.
Seguidamente, cortamos en pequeños trozos la manzana verde, dejando las conchas, colocándolos en un plato.
A continuación, se procede al añadido de los trozos de la manzana verde, en el envase de la licuadora.
Anexamos al fruto anterior, es decir a la manzana verde, previamente cortada en pequeños trozos e incorporados al envase de la licuadora, 100 gramos de la avena en hojuelas, además vertemos 1/2 taza de agua, accionando el equipo para el proceso de licuación.
A los anteriores alimentos; los trozitos de manzana verde y la avena en hojuelas, añadimos al gusto la cantidad necesaria de azúcar.
Finalmente continuamos con el proceso de licuación del batido de la manzana verde, la avena en hojuelas y la cantidad de azúcar al gusto, verificando dicho proceso y su resultado.
Añadimos en un envase para su degustación, el batido propuesto de la manzana verde con la avena en hojuelas y la cantidad de azúcar al gusto.
