Today, we’ll turn this beloved fruit into a nutritious juice by blending it with local orange juice (Sri Lankan "naran" juice). The rich sweetness of ripe rambutans blends beautifully, creating a well-balanced drink perfect for warm days and joyful moods.

🍹 About 20 rambutan fruits.
🍹 3 Tablespoon of Sri Lankan "naran juice.
🍹 Suger as need.

How to prepare this drink.
First, carefully remove the flesh from the rambutan fruits and place it into a separate bowl.
At the same time, extract the juice from the Sri Lankan oranges (naran) into a cup.
Actually, the quantity of ingredients I used is enough to prepare this drink for about two people.
If you're making it for more, feel free to increase the quantities accordingly.
Also, it's worth mentioning that since this fruit is naturally sweet, make sure to adjust the sugar according to your taste.
Now, take the blender cup and add the rambutan flesh, orange juice, and sugar into it.
Blend everything together until smooth.
Now, add water as needed and blend it again until everything is well mixed.
