Greetings friends !!! After long , Iam back here with a recipe contest for the Hive Top Chef competition, hosted by the Qurator's community.
Well the Oats Smoothie which I proposed to cook is an easy to cook rich smoothie. Its a wholemeal which can be taken as a breakfast and is enjoyedbyboth, the young and the old. A healthy drink which keeps you healthy and energetic the whole day. So you just can give a try if you wish.
With less ingredients and less preparation time, no doubt you will enjoy this Smoothie.
Preparation time : 2 minutes
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :
- Oats - 3 table spoon
- Ripe Banana -1
- Chia seeds - 1 tsp
- Dates - 2
- Milk - 1 large cup
- Any flavour - (choclate / Boost) this is optional
PREPARATION METHOD
STEP - 1
Keep all the ingredients ready before preparation
STEP - 2
Take a mixer jar and add all these above said ingredient into it. Finally, add the milk. Now run the mixer for 1 or 2 minutes.
STEP - 3
Now your rich Smoothie is ready for drink
This Smoothie was prepared by me, with a helping hand from my husband (as the process is an easy one). All photos were captured by me, from my mobile Samsung Galaxy A50 at the time of preparation, which is my sole property.
