The main difference between this new drink and the previous version is that this lemonade will have a more predominant lemon flavor compared to the bougainvillea drink I made previously. That drink was more like a smoothie since I added pineapple, giving it a creamy texture and a tropical flavor, almost like a cocktail. In this new recipe, I want to make sure the lemon provides its characteristic acidity, complemented by the floral note of the bougainvillea. Mientras el agua se tiñe de morado, exprimo los limones para obtener su jugo fresco. La cantidad de limón dependerá de cuán intensa quiera que sea la acidez de la limonada.La cantidad de limón que utilizo puede variar según cuánto me guste el sabor ácido, pero siempre trato de encontrar ese equilibrio perfecto entre lo dulce y lo ácido,por ejemplo yo voy a utilizar solo tres limones.

Una vez que el agua ha adquirido un hermoso color morado, es el momento de combinar todos los ingredientes. Mezclo el agua teñida con el jugo de limón y añado azúcar al gusto.
