Hello drinkslovers and amazing friends π₯°π.
Am truly a tea π΅ person when it comes to breakfast and most times it has to be black tea βοΈ because it brings out the activeness in me for a new day. But smoothies are my go to when I needs energy to face the day in full force with work, especially when I want to avoid lunch completely.
This pineapple π orange π smoothie with strawberry yogurt π¦ is what I made this morning as breakfast to kick start my day that I already know will be hectic. This recipe is an easy breakfast to make for that needed energy to push through the day without caring for lunch π₯.
Wanting something quick and different this morning, I came across this orange π in the pantry, and with some slices of chunks of pineapple in the refrigerator, smoothie came to mind. The strawberry yogurt made it so rich and creamy with deliciousness.
Trying new recipes is one thing we should always keep in mind as it will help us to make something quick for ourselves or for the family when thereβs not enough time the way I quickly prepared this smoothie this morning. Throwing everything into the blender for a few minutes once the pineapple was chopped,the orange peeled and scraped.
Here I share the process with you step by step
INGREDIENTS
1 sliced chunk of pineapple
1 medium size succulent orange
90 ml of strawberry yogurt
1:4 glass of spring water
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
The first thing we will do is cut the chunky pineapple into pieces removing all the black eyes π .

Step 2.
We peel the orange, scrape off the inner layer to enable us remove the cloves snd seeds for the pulps

Step 3.
And we have the pineapple bud and the orange pulps readily here.
Step 4.
Then we cut open the strawberry yogurt and pour it into the water.
Stir to incorporate.
Step 5.
To blend, we throw the ingredients into the blender here above
And gradually blended into a smoothie.
Step 6.
Next we serve the smoothie in a glass cup of our choice. Or in a mug to chill it for on the road sipping.
A delicious energizing and appetizing smoothie . Pineapple and orange are two good combination for that tropical π and citrus blend everyone will like to snack on.
Add lots of protein powder if you want to make this recipe more of a meal π₯, or you can use dairy- free substitutes if you are looking to cut down on your milk consumption.A quick smoothie to kick start your day! Enjoy!
