Greetings to all the users of this wonderful community @amazingdrinks, today I want to share with you a delicious natural fruit smoothie, rich in vitamins and ideal to start the day or as a snack: Papaya, Cambur, Milk and Cinnamon are mixed to give a drink rich in flavor and nutrients for our body. Keep reading and you will see my step by step.
Los ingredientes para mi receta son los siguientes:
- 1 lechosa pequeña.
- 2 cambures.
- Azúcar al gusto.
- 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo.
- 5 cucharadas de leche en polvo.
- 3 vasos con agua filtrada y fría para su preparación.
The ingredients for my recipe are as follows:
- 1 small papaya.
- 2 bananas.
- Sugar to taste.
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
- 5 tablespoons of powdered milk.
- 3 glasses of cold filtered water for its preparation.
Once the fruits are washed and peeled (papaya and bananas) are added to the blender and with the water you can add a little sugar to taste. Actually with the banana, the sugar is as minimal as possible, I only used 2 tablespoons and took to blend.
Here part of the smoothie preparation procedure, we take to the blender and blend all the ingredients and add the rest. The magic is the time of the smoothie.
Then before finishing, measure the flavor of the milk, I like a lot of milk because it gives it creaminess and flavor, then add the teaspoon of cinnamon powder and let it blend for about 20 seconds more and it's ready. A delicious shake!
Already happy with my smoothie to share with my two children. I have an orange lying around that is also good a splash as the citrus helps it enhance the flavor.
Now enjoy this delicious fruit smoothie with milk and cinnamon powder along with a cookie. The papaya p lechosa has peptine that makes you feel full and rich in fiber, on the other hand the bananas are sweet and provide potassium, glucose and ideal fiber to activate the lazy intestine and start the day active with cinnamon powder that is rich in vitamin B and milk that makes its contribution of calcium, I did not get other milk and I used this but still delicious smoothie.
