Mandarin + Guava the Perfect Combination
I am one of those who enjoy starting the morning taking advantage of the benefits of a good natural juice, since these are the ones that allow us to face our working days with better spirits, renewed energy and a great sense of vitality and inner satisfaction. In these times where climate change is doing its thing, viruses and diseases are rampant and physical exhaustion is constant, it is necessary to arm ourselves with the best tools to strengthen our immune system and at the same time be able to better face the complexities of the world around us.

Mandarina + Guayaba la Combinación Perfecta
Yo soy de los que disfruta comenzar la mañana aprovechando los beneficios de un buen jugo natural, ya que estos son los que nos permiten afrontar nuestras jornadas laborales con mejor ánimo, energías renovadas y una gran sensación de vitalidad y satisfacción interna. En estas épocas en donde el cambio climático hace de las suyas, los virus y enfermedades campean a sus anchas y el desgaste físico es constante, es necesario armarse con las mejores herramientas para fortalecer nuestro sistema inmunitario y al mismo tiempo poder enfrentar de mejor manera las complejidades del mundo que nos rodea.

Fortunately I live in a city where getting fruits is very easy, relatively inexpensive without intermediaries, thus enjoying totally natural and fresh elements, which represents a significant advantage in terms of nutritional load, since we have the conviction that we are consuming high quality food, which undoubtedly translates into great benefits for our body and our health in general.
Afortunadamente vivo en una ciudad en donde conseguir frutas es muy fácil, relativamente económico sin intermediarios, con lo cual se disfruta de elementos totalmente naturales y frescos, lo cual representa una ventaja significativa en cuanto a la carga nutricional, ya que tenemos la convicción de que estamos consumiendo alimentos de alta calidad, lo cual sin duda alguna se traduce en grandes beneficios para nuestro cuerpo y nuestra salud en general.
Ingredients:
3 Tangerines
1 large guava
4 tablespoons of sugar
70ml of Water

Preparation:
This is a very easy preparation to make, the first step as always is to wash our fruits very well, since in this opportunity we will use the guava with all and peel, this will allow us to enjoy its nutritional properties to the maximum and at the same time it will add a different flavor to our juice, once this step is completed we cut the guava and introduce it inside the glass of the blender. We take the tangerine, cut it in half and with the help of a strainer we squeeze all its juice into a glass. We make sure to extract as much liquid as possible, in order to make the most of its incredible flavor.
Preparación:
Esta es una preparación muy fácil de realizar, el primer paso como siempre es lavar muy bien nuestras frutas, ya que en esta oportunidad usaremos la guayaba con todo y cáscara, esto nos permitirá disfrutar al máximo de sus propiedades nutricionales y al mismo tiempo le agregará un sabor diferente a nuestro jugo, una vez cumplido este paso cortamos la guayaba y la introducimos dentro del vaso de la licuadora. Aparte tomamos la mandarina, la picamos por la mitad y con la ayuda de un colador exprimimos todo su jugo al interior de un vaso. Nos aseguramos de extraer la mayor cantidad de líquido posible, para esta manera aprovechar al máximo su increíble sabor.
With the guavas already in the glass of the blender we begin to add the totality of the water, then we pour the juice of the tangerine and the respective spoonfuls of sugar, which are approximately four, but in this opportunity for reasons of time I added it directly from the container, this because it has allowed me to discern with clarity the measures and need to apply them in an explicit way.
Con las guayabas ya en el vaso de la licuadora comenzamos a agregar la totalidad del agua, seguidamente vertemos el jugo de la mandarina y las respectivas cucharadas de azúcar, las cuales son aproximadamente cuatro, pero en esta oportunidad por motivos de tiempo yo la agregué directamente del envase, esto debido me ha permitido discernir con claridad las medidas y necesidad de aplicarlas de manera explícita.
We turn on our blender at medium speed and let all the elements inside it process in a medium time. Little by little we notice that the color of our preparation becomes an intense pink. Once we turn off our appliance with the help of a strainer we begin to filter all our juice, this because the guava contains many seeds, which are not convenient to fall into the final preparation, because then they would generate great inconvenience when consumed.
Encendemos nuestra licuadora a velocidad media y dejamos que todos los elementos dentro de ella se procesen en un tiempo medio. Poco a poco nos damos cuenta de que el color de nuestra preparación se va convirtiendo en un rosa intenso. Una vez apagado nuestro electrodoméstico con la ayuda de un colador comenzamos a filtrar todo nuestro jugo, esto debido a que la guayaba contiene muchísimas semillas, las cuales no son convenientes que caigan dentro de la preparación final, ya que entonces generarían grandes inconvenientes al momento de ser consumidas.
We end with an extremely delicious juice, where the guava undoubtedly dominates almost entirely the tangerine juice, but in an unexpected movement it leaves its favor right at the end of the palate, which is really fantastic, since at first we feel a rather thick touch, but in the end everything is summed up in freshness and an indescribable flavor.
Finalizamos con un jugo extremadamente delicioso, en donde sin duda alguna la guayaba domina casi en la totalidad a la de mandarina, pero está en un movimiento inesperado nos deja su favor justo al final del paladar, lo cual es realmente fantástico, ya que al principio sentimos un toque bastante espeso, pero al final todo se resume en frescura y un sabor indescriptible.
This is a juice that has a high content of vitamin C, so it is an indisputable ally when it comes to boosting our immune system, contributing proactively to keep us away from seasonal flu viruses and many others that nowadays circulate freely in our environment, it is also a preparation that immediately and invites us to go out in a very energetic way to fulfill our daily activities.
Este es un jugo que tiene un alto contenido en vitamina C, por lo cual, es un aliado indiscutible al momento de potenciar nuestro sistema inmune, contribuyendo de manera proactiva a mantenernos alejados de los virus de la gripe estacional y muchos otros que hoy en día circulan libremente en nuestro entorno, además se trata de una preparación que inmediato y nos invita a salir de manera muy enérgica a cumplir con nuestras actividades cotidianas.
