Cuando estamos comprometidos con llevar un estilo de vida saludable, nos enfrentamos a un reto bastante grande, ya que no solo debemos mantener una buena rutina diaria de ejercicio físico, sino que también debemos enfocarnos en desarrollar un estilo alimenticio que nos permita, saciar nuestros requerimientos de vitaminas y minerales, cubrir nuestro apetito y al mismo tiempo disfrutar de comidas y bebidas que sean muy ricas a nuestro paladar.

Many people may think that eating in a healthy way is to get away from the pleasures of life, but there is really no statement more wrong than this, since in the world there are combinations whose results are really exquisite and the benefits they bring to our body are even beyond our ability to understand. It is in this way that we reach that point where we are able to combine vegetables with fruits, in order to generate a juice, creamy, intense flavor and extraordinary color.
Muchas personas pueden pensar que comer de manera saludable es alejarse de los placeres de la vida, pero realmente no hay afirmación más equivocada que esta, ya que en el mundo existen combinaciones cuyos resultados son realmente exquisitos y los beneficios que le aportan a nuestro organismo se escapan inclusive de nuestra capacidad de entendimiento. Es de esta forma como llegamos a ese punto en donde somos capaces de combinar verduras con frutas, para así poder generar un jugo, cremoso, de sabor intenso y extraordinario color.
Ingredientes:
1 Zanahoria Grande
1 Manga
3 Cucharadas de Azúcar
0.70L De Agua

Preparation:
Before starting with all our preparation process I must tell you something, at the moment in my house I do not have a refrigerator that allows me to preserve food properly, so I have not seen a need to process and freeze them, for this way to keep their properties active and at the same time lengthen their shelf life. It is for this reason that you can see the carrots already diced, while the sleeve has the same fate, both are not thawed in its entirety, which is an advantage because it allows me to generate a frapé type preparation.
Preparación:
Antes de iniciar con todo nuestro proceso de preparación debo comentarles algo, por los momentos de mi casa no cuento con una nevera que me permita conservar los alimentos de manera adecuada, por lo cual no he visto una necesidad de procesarlos y congelarlos, para esta manera mantener activa sus propiedades y al mismo tiempo alargar su vida útil. Es por esta razón que pueden observar las zanahorias ya picadas en cuadritos, mientras que la manga corre la misma suerte, ambos no están descongelados en su totalidad, lo cual es una ventaja porque me permite generar una preparación tipo frapé.
Simply, we start placing the sleeve and the carrot inside the glass of our blender, add the corresponding three tablespoons of sugar and all the water.
Sencillamente, comenzamos a colocar la manga y la zanahoria dentro del interior del vaso de nuestra licuadora, agregamos las correspondientes tres cucharadas de azúcar y la totalidad del agua.
Once we have all our ingredients inside the blender, it is important to make sure that the water has filtered completely to the bottom of our glass, so that the carrots do not block the blades and force the motor. We press the switch to its highest volume and let our entire mixture process until we get a totally homogeneous liquid.
Una vez que tengamos todos nuestros ingredientes dentro de la licuadora, es importante asegurarse de que el agua haya filtrado por completo hacia la parte de abajo de nuestro vaso, esto con la finalidad de que las zanahorias no traben las cuchillas y, se fuerce el motor. Apretamos el interruptor de su volumen más alto y dejamos que toda nuestra mezcla se procese hasta conseguir un líquido totalmente homogéneo.
In most juices I like the liquid to come out totally free of lumps, but I must admit that on this occasion it would be impractical to strain it, since if we do so we would be removing texture and at the same time we would be limiting our intake of vitamins and minerals, so we proceed to serve it as it comes out of the blender.
En la mayoría de los jugos me gusta que el líquido salga totalmente libre de grumos, pero debo admitir que en esta ocasión colarlo sería poco práctico, ya que si lo hacemos le estaríamos quitando textura y al mismo tiempo estaríamos limitando nuestra ingesta de vitaminas y minerales, por lo cual, procedemos a servirlo tal cual como salga de la licuadora.
The result of today's preparation is a juice that is characterized by its high vitamin A and vitamin C content, but at the same time it is a highly refreshing drink, with a flavor that slides from sweet to sour and a very creamy texture and at the same time with that distinctive touch of the frapé type preparations. It really was an extraordinary combination, one that I enjoyed very much and at the same time it became the perfect ally to accompany my breakfast.
El resultado de la preparación del día de hoy es un jugo que se caracteriza por su alto grado de vitamina a y vitamina C, pero al mismo tiempo es una bebida altamente refrescante, con un sabor que se desliza desde lo dulce hasta lo ácido y una textura muy cremosa y al mismo tiempo con ese tan distintivo toque de las preparaciones tipo frapé. Realmente fue una combinación extraordinaria, una de la cual disfruté mucho y al mismo tiempo se convirtió en el aliado perfecto para acompañar mi desayuno.
