Here is a simple method to make mango milk pudding...
First, wash the ripe mango well, peel it and cut it into small pieces. Then, blend the mango pieces in a blender to make a smooth puree.Then set it aside.

In a pan, mix 500 ml of milk with 1 cup of sugar and 3 teaspoons of agar agar powder. Then put the mixture on the stove and keep stirring over medium heat.

When the milk starts to thicken, we will remove it from the stove and pour the milk mixture into the container in which we will set the pudding, of course we will have to strain the mixture.

Now we will go to the second step, in the same way I am taking 3 cups of water in a pan and in it I am adding 1 cup of sugar and 3 teaspoons of agar agar powder.
Now all the ingredients have to be mixed very well with the water. Once it is mixed well, I am now putting the pan on the stove.

When the water comes to a boil, we will remove the water mixture from the stove. Now I am pouring the water mixture into a bowl and must strain it. Then we will add the previously cubed mangoes into that water mixture.
