An account that celebrates all of your half-finished small pieces and gives them the spotlight that they all deserve.
In BDC shorts, we will be supporting any form of short written pieces, whether they be your unfinished stories, poems, or just snippets of a story you are writing.
And to spice things up and make it a bit more fun, we will be posting prompts and topics for you to write shorts on every single day.
Connectivity and engagement are our top priority in this journey, so we urge everyone to join in on the fun!
While we do like to keep things all light and fun, there are some guidelines you’ll need to follow.
1. Shorts must not be, well, big. We are looking for posts between 100-400 words, so let's try and keep it that way, fam.
2. Please use the tag #shorts on posts so that it's easier for us to find you. And if you put the word shorts in your title, then bonus points for you!
3. Try not to write about the same topic/prompt too many times. Mix it up and have fun; that's all we ask.
4. Engage and talk to everyone. Praise your fellow short writers and encourage them to keep on going with their pieces. Let's all get to know each other while we are at it.

"The Evil Inside You."
Like the dark side of the moon, we all have a darker side to us as well. Let out all those wicked thoughts and desires, and show us the evil part of yourself you keep hidden under the rug. Write about gore, torture or anything dark that suits your fancy. Let's all be a bit sinister, together.
If you want, you can even use this lovely thumbnail provided by a very talented person, but thats entirely up to you!
