আসসালামু আলাইকুম। আশা করছি সবাই অনেক বেশি ভালো আছেন। আমিও আমার ফ্যামিলি নিয়ে আলহামদুলিল্লাহ ভালো আছি। আবারো ফিরে এলাম আপনাদের মাঝে নতুন একটি রেসিপি নিয়ে। আজ প্রচুর গরম পড়েছে। ঠান্ডা ঠান্ডা কোন রেসিপি হলে নিশ্চয়ই ভালো হবে এইজন্য তৈরি করে নিলাম আনারসের শরবত। আশা করছি আমার এই সহজ রেসিপিটি আপনাদের কাছে ভালো লাগবে।
তো চলুন আমরা দেখে নি কিভাবে এই আনারসের তৈরি করব।
Assalamu Alaikum. I hope everyone is doing well. I am also doing well with my family, Alhamdulillah. I am back with a new recipe for you. It has been very hot today. A cold recipe would definitely be good, so I made pineapple sorbet. I hope you will like this simple recipe of mine.
So let's see how to make this pineapple sorbet.
প্রথমে আমি এখানে একটা আস্ত আনারস নিয়েছি আর এই আনারসটাকে কেটে দুই ভাগ করে এক ভাগের অংশ দিয়ে আমি আনারসের শরবত তৈরি করব। তো সর্বপ্রথমে আমরা এই আনারসের শরবত তৈরি করতে আমাদের কি কি উপকরণ লাগে একবার দেখে নিন।
উপকরণ -
১.আনারস,
২.বিট লবণ,
৩.ঠান্ডা পানি।
First, I have taken a whole pineapple here and I will make pineapple juice by cutting this pineapple in two and using one part. So first of all, let's take a look at what ingredients we need to make this pineapple juice.
Ingredients -

- Bit of salt,
- Cold water.
আনারস গুলোকে ভালো করে ছুলে কিউপ করে কেটে নিয়েছি। আর এই আনারস গুলো প্রচুর মিষ্টি ছিল আমার কিন্তু কোন প্রকার চিনির প্রয়োজন হয়নি। আমি এই আনারসের শরবত ব্লেন্ডার যারে তৈরি করব।
I peeled the pineapples well and cut them into cubes. And these pineapples were very sweet but I didn't need any sugar. I will make this pineapple sorbet in a blender.
ব্লেন্ডারের ভিতরে সমস্ত আনারস গুলো আমি দিয়ে দিয়েছি। আজকে আমার বাসায় বিট লবণ ছিল না এইজন্য আমি নিজে বিট লবণ তৈরি করে নিলাম। এই বিট লবণ তৈরি করতে বেশি কিছু লাগে না একটু লবণ আর সামান্য পরিমাণের শুকনো মরিচের গুড়ি দিলেই হয়ে যায়। তাই আমিও দিয়ে দিচ্ছি। এবারে ভিতরে ঠান্ডা পানি দিয়ে দিয়েছি প্রায় এক গ্লাসের মতন অর্থাৎ এক কাপ। এবার আমি দুই মিনিট ব্লেন্ড করে নিব।
I put all the pineapples in the blender. Today I didn't have any beet salt at home, so I made my own beet salt. It doesn't take much to make this beet salt, just a little salt and a small amount of dried chili powder. So I'm also giving it to you. Now I've put cold water inside, about a glass or a cup. Now I'll blend it for two minutes.
খুবই সুন্দর ফিনিশিং হয়েছে একেবারে আনারসগুলো পানি হয়ে গেছে। আর খুবই ইজি ভাবে শরবত তৈরি হয়ে গেল। এই শরবতটা খেতে আমার কাছে এত ভালো লাগে আপনাদেরকে বলে বোঝাতে পারবো না। এছাড়াও আনারসের শরবতে জ্বরের জন্য প্রচুর উপকারী। আলহামদুলিল্লাহ খেয়ে অনেক শান্তি পেলাম। আপনারা নিশ্চয়ই বাসায় এভাবে আনারসের শরবত তৈরি করবেন। আনারসের শরবত কিন্তু হালকা ঝাল ঝাল মিষ্টি মিষ্টি লাগে পেটটা ঠান্ডা হয়ে যায়।

The finishing is very beautiful, the pineapples are completely watery. And the sherbet is made very easily. I can't explain to you how much I like this sherbet. Also, pineapple sherbet is very beneficial for fever. Alhamdulillah, I found a lot of peace after eating it. You will definitely make pineapple sherbet like this at home. Pineapple sherbet is slightly spicy, sweet and sweet, it cools the stomach.
