Battle mage secrets: Space fires with Astral [ENG/ESP]

I am fully convinced that Yodin is the most powerful summoner of all Splinterlands, his explosive ability is really brutal, but when that ability becomes a battle condition where everyone can use it, other summoners add more weight to his stats, for example the Astral entity, this card is undoubtedly impressive, one of the best summoners of the Chaos edition. Astral brings to the team evasion capabilities that can be greatly exploited with cards with good speed, apart from that this summoner is responsible for resurrecting the first monster that dies of our team on the battlefield and as a negative effect Astral weakens the opponent's armor.

Under these skills you can build great strategies, but when you add one more thanks to the condition as "explosive weaponry" things change drastically and goes up a step in their performance.

Estoy plenamente convencido de que Yodin es el invocador más poderoso de todo Splinterlands, su habilidad explosiva es realmente brutal, pero cuando esa habilidad se convierte en una condición de batalla donde todos podemos usarla otros invocadores suman un mayor peso a sus stats, por ejemplo la entidad Astral, esta carta es sin duda impresionante, uno de los mejores invocadores de la edición Chaos. Astral aporta al equipo capacidades de evasión que se pueden aprovechar grandemente con cartas poseedoras de buena velocidad, aparte de eso este invocador se encarga de resucitar al primer monstruo que muere de nuestro equipo en el campo de batalla y como efecto negativo Astral debilita la armadura rival.

Bajo estas habilidades se pueden construir grandes estrategias, pero cuando se añade una más gracias a la condición como “explosive weaponry” las cosas cambian drásticamente y sube un escalón en sus prestaciones.

This battle condition is quite powerful and to be victorious in it you have to be very calculating, you need good speed to attack first but you also need to have a good defense, otherwise it is extremely easy to be defeated. Explosive weaponry brings the blast effect to all monsters on the battlefield, that makes our attacks literally explode and do damage to adjacent cards, in that sense you have to build a strategy, I particularly think that using divine Shield to the whole team is positive but you can not always count on Lorna or life team, in this case do not use it, but bet on the sliver of death with Astral.

Esta condición de batalla es bastante poderosa y para salir victoriosos en ella hay que ser muy calculadores, se necesita buena velocidad para atacar de primero pero también es necesario tener una buena defensa, de lo contrario es sumamente fácil salir derrotado. Explosive weaponry aporta el efecto blast a todos los monstruos en el campo de batalla, eso hace que nuestros ataques exploten literalmente y hagan daño a las cartas adyacentes, en ese sentido hay que construir una estrategia, particularmente pienso que usar divine Shield a todo el equipo es positivo pero no siempre se puede contar con Lorna o el equipo de vida, en este caso no la utilice, sino que aposte por la astilla de muerte con Astral.

Equalizer was the next battle condition, this has the purpose of equalizing the life of all monsters on the field, that can definitely be positive or negative depending on how you face it, I consider it one of the most difficult conditions to play because it can have many sides on the battlefield, you can bet on high life cards but if your opponent balances his team well you can hardly win, it is best to opt for a balanced team and leave the issue of life to the opponent's choice.

Equalizer fue la siguiente condición de batalla, esta tiene como fin igualar la vida de todos los monstruos en el campo, eso definitivamente puede ser positivo o negativo dependiendo como lo afrontes, considero que es una de las condiciones más difíciles de jugar ya que puede tener muchas vertientes en el campo de batalla, puedes apostar por cartas de alta vida pero si tu rival equilibra bien su equipo difícilmente puedas ganar, lo mejor es optar por un equipo balanceado y dejar el tema de la vida a la elección del rival.

Finally we have ferocity, this ability also known as rage allows monsters to do double damage to cards that have taunt, a prized ability to defeat those monsters difficult to defeat and end with rival strategies quickly. If you add to this using cards with magic you can defeat a tank in just two attacks, it really is a brutal effect when used correctly.

Por ultimo tenemos a ferocity, esta habilidad también conocida como rage permite a los monstruos hacer el doble de daño a las cartas que posean taunt, una habilidad preciada para vencer a esos monstruos difíciles de derrotar y acabar con estrategias rivales de forma rápida. Si le sumas a esto usar cartas con magia puedes vencer a un tanque en tan solo dos ataques, de verdad que es un efecto brutal cuando se aprovecha correctamente.

With this in mind I decided to build my team, I used a card with taunt knowing the weakness against Rage but it was a correct decision based on my strategy, in the second row Venator Kinjo was my "ace" up my sleeve, his shield reflection combined with Taunt in a ruler like explosive weaponry can be very useful. The rest of my team was integrated by cards that provide balance, one with the ability to "snake" to attack the monster of his back row, another with paralyze to prevent the continuity of enemy attacks, one with bloodlust and in the last position Magi Necrosi as it has camouflage and also the ability to attack monsters with ranged attack and magic of the opponent's second row.

Teniendo esto en cuenta decidí armar mi equipo, use una carta con taunt sabiendo la debilidad ante Rage pero fue una decisión correcta basada en mi estrategia, en la segunda fila Venator Kinjo fue mi “as” bajo la manga, su shield reflection combinado con Taunt en una regla como explosive weaponry puede ser muy útil. El resto de mi equipo fue integrado por cartas que aportan equilibrio, una con la habilidad de “snake” para atacar al monstruo de su última fila, otra con paralizar para evitar la continuidad de los ataques enemigos, una con bloodlust y en la última posición Magi Necrosi ya que tiene camuflaje y también la habilidad de atacar monstruos con ataque a distancia y magia de la segunda fila rival.

As soon as the fight started I realized that it would not be easy, my rival had Plado Emberstorm as a summoner, so he increased his speed, attack and life, he is a beast this guy. At first glance I could see that the advantage was on his side, I even thought I was going to lose the battle because of his attacks, the first turn was brutal, my tank died and was resurrected faster than I expected.

Apenas inicio el combate me di de cuenta que no sería nada fácil, mi rival tenia a Plado Emberstorm como invocador, así que subió su velocidad, su ataque y su vida, es una fiera este sujeto. A simple vista se podía notar que la ventaja estaba de su lado, incluso llegue a pensar que iba a perder la batalla a causa de sus ataques, el primer turno fue brutal, mi tanque murió y fue resucitado más rápido de lo que esperaba.

The second turn the battle leaned a little in my favor thanks to the "Dodge" effect that Astral provides, that made my opponents fail constantly, after my Night Goul died the rest of my team began to take damage. The most powerful card of my opponent was Sand Worm, that worm hit +6 and really did a lot of damage.

El segundo turno la batalla se inclinó un poco a mi favor gracias al efecto de “Dodge” que Astral provee, eso hizo que mis rivales fallaran constantemente, luego de que mi Night Goul murió el resto de mi equipo comenzó a recibir daño. La carta más poderosa de mi rival fue Sand Worm, ese gusano pegaba +6 y realmente hizo mucho daño.

The last two turns were more favorable to me, my balanced strategy made their cards stop attacking thanks to being paralyzed and the rest of my cards were in charge of finishing the job. At the end of the fifth round I was able to give the blow that gave me the victory against their powerful team.

Los últimos dos turnos me fueron más favorables, mi estrategia equilibrada hizo que sus cartas dejaran de atacar gracias a que eran paralizados y el resto de mis cartas se encargaron de terminar el trabajo. Al finalizar la quinta ronda pude dar el golpe que me dio la victoria ante su poderoso equipo.

In conclusion, I must point out that if it had not been for Astral I would have hardly been able to get the victory in this battle, he is an excellent summoner, one that we should always try to have in our ranks.

Como conclusión, debo acotar que de no haber sido por Astral difícilmente hubiese podido conseguir la victoria en esta batalla, es un invocador excelente, uno que deberíamos procurar tenerlo siempre en nuestras filas.
